“MobileHelp provides excellent and quick help in getting their new equipment and setting up their system. The equipment is outstanding. I especially like the bracelet—— and am not even aware I am wearing it. The costumer service is perfect—— they respond quickly, are very knowledgeable and very pleasant always. I am very pleased with MobileHelp and very happy I decided to get their service. (This is an authentic customer!!)”

“I haven't had Mobile Help very long and haven't needed to use it. I will say that it is very easy to set up. It gives me a secure feeling having it, in the house or out and about. I feel much safer when I am alone in the house as I have 3 floors in my home and fear falling down the stairs.”

“I had another monitor and had nothing but problems. The necklace was too long and I set it off 3 times the first week I had. So they sent me a case to Velcro it to my bra strap and it was hard to put on and take off. With Mobile Help I like that I have a choice between necklace and wrist monitor plus the monitor I take with me with the GPS in it.”

“Mobile Help has thought of everything to help one keep safe. Seniors have Been known to have falling accidents, which is my problem due to a balance problem. It’s a nice feeling to feel safe.”

“I've only had this for about one week. The set up was so simple I had to call to see if I was doing something wrong. I like having the wrist band so I do not have to wear the pendant all the time.”

“Thankfully, my husband has not had to use MobileHelp for emergency service yet, but the staff at MobileHelp is very friendly and very professional from the ordering to the set up to the billing. They answered all of our questions and helped us make sure that all pieces of equipment were working perfectly. I'm very pleased with this company and have no doubt that they will come through 100% if and when we do need them in an emergency.”
