“I am so glad to have my ‘helper’ literally with me wherever I go. Accidentally tore my door hangar.trying to move it to another door. Probably could use more than one of those. May not need it eventually but I sure do now. The concept of an alert that really is mobile is hard to get used to. I:m so glad I found MobileHelp. Easy to set up and use. Best part for me is still the ability to be safe away from home amd the really nice people who help you with evrything. .”

“Thanks to the Lord, I have not needed Mobile Help, but I am thrilled with the GPS feature of Mobile Help. The other alert system I had was good for 1000 feet of the base unit. Which was virtually useless. Now I can go anywhere, any time and know I am a push button away from immediate help.”

“there solo gps model. i wanted the gps model cause the 1 before from another company wont work right cause of the att cellular. but with mobile help the solo gps has a boost with att cellular . that did the trick for me. i got my gps back. the people at mobile help have been great with helping me get started. and the other thing if you get a gps you dont get a plastic holder that hooks to the belt. its a very nice vinyl case that has belt loops and a medal clip that attaches to the belt. thanks again. the solo gps has made my day”

“The customer service was amazing. My daughter researched different companies and yurs was the best for my needs. She talked to different people at your company gleaning information and they were very helpful. We ordered and the material came sooner than was quoted. As she set things up for me, again customer service was very helpful. I feel secure with my unit.”

“I recently got MobileHelp. The other service I had did not provide service outside the home. This one does, and I especially like the little unit about the size of a credit card that you carry with you (in it's own little case) when you leave the house. Also a nice little feature is the card that you can hang on the doorknob telling you to take the unit with you. The main unit is well lit. You also get a wrist unit and one to wear around your neck.......your choice! A really good service! Give it a try!!”

“My Mom was cleaning kitchen cabinets on her hands and knees and her necklace pendant went off. She said, "It was almost immediately that someone answered and wanted to know if she was ok. She said yes and the person had her verify her name and address just to be sure." She and I were very impressed.”
