“I have not (thankfully) needed the emergency service while having MobileHelp, but the customer service rep I worked with in getting it set up was awesome. He answered all my questions quickly and was very polite and explained the entire process, and what I could expect should I need the service. The equipment arrived quickly and was extremely easy to get going.”

“I only recently subscribed to MobilHelp, when my husband became ill and spent considerable time in the hospital following open-heart surgery, then on to rehabilitation in another facility. I have been left doing all his chores on our 12 acres, in addition to visiting and assisting him. So I was left to research emergency medical programs and sign up for the one I selected. Your staff was helpful in explaining the program in lay terms and getting the required equipment delivered to my door. After setting it up, I had additional questions and spoke to your staff on the phone. As initially, my questions and concerns were taken seriously and answers given in a very professional and complete manner. I have not had occasion to need your emergency care (thankfully!) but I feel that if the time comes, my emergency will be handled to my satisfaction. Shirley Anderson”

“Mobile Help fulfilled all of their promises and more ! During a variety of family "emergencies" the Mobile Help response team was responding quickly and accurately. Their equipment is sleek and reliable and easy to use. On more than one occasion, the staff solved the problem using their common sense rather than just "repeating their normal instructions." Mobile Help is more than worth the price !, Try it !”

“I have only had this system for short while when I checked it out to see if it was working. I was instantly had an employee talk to me and help me to go through my system a quality company I will offer my thoughts about this product to anyone who would inquire excellent project. “Having this device makes me feel more independent and gives me the freedom to go shopping by myself. It also assures my family that I am not do co-dependent. I have been telling the people who were the ones I felt I needed this device. Besides, who carries their cellphone or landline into the bathroom when they need to go?”

“With Mobil help not only the one who requires the protection but the whole family feels more relaxed and confident that there loved one is safe and will get the help required when needed no mater where he/she is. Also the family members will be notified of what is going on no matter where they live. I will never be with out it for my wife and I. This has kept us from putting her in a nursing home, how great is that.”
