“Samantha was extremely helpful and understanding that she was working with an 88 year old individual. She could not have been more patient and helpful. I was so lucky to get someone who really wanted you to know the equipment would work and why one should have it. So far I am very pleased. The only thing I need to do yet is to test the GPS away from the apartment. I hope all of your employees are as professional as she is. Is that is the case, your case the business will boom like never before.”

“My mom lives alone and fell..she's 85 years old she was able to press her mobile help button and the operator was able to speak with her and assertain her condition and that she could not get up.. she notified an ambulance gave them the code to get the keys out of the lock box and simultaneously called myself and my wife to inform us.. the system works just as advertised.. I thank them very much”

“Good presentation, came on time, looks impressive. At this point, I didn't need any help but as I age, I know that having MobileHelp, will be there if needed. Also, I like that at the end of my account, I will be notified that I have to reapply or send the equipment back. Just knowing that I have MobileHelp when I'm traveling or out of distance of my home base makes me feel more secure.”

“Mobile help has been in my mothers home I believe it to be the last few years.As daughters, three of us, it gave us peace of mind knowing she always had easily accessible help.My mother just turned 90 and she was capable of maintaining her own home.She always wanted to stay in her home and this equipment made it possible. Thank you for always being available if needed.”
