“My Mom was cleaning kitchen cabinets on her hands and knees and her necklace pendant went off. She said, "It was almost immediately that someone answered and wanted to know if she was ok. She said yes and the person had her verify her name and address just to be sure." She and I were very impressed.”

“I would love to write a review but I cannot. At the last minute - after I had paid - the company I presently have, said that I was under a contract for another year. I called Mobile Help and the young lady I spoke to could not have been nicer and more understanding. My money was quickly refunded and although I am not a member, as soon as I am able, I WILL become a member. Thanks you for your help and understanding.”

“The response time on my TEST was not quit as fast as the last time. I came home to find both lights blinking on my main unit, when I called tech support they assured me it was an AT&T connection problem and within a half hour it was fixed.”

“It was very easy to order as everyone that I talked to was very friendly and not pushy! The monthly charge is so much less than most others that I spoke to about the service. Great rating and service personnell are very friendly and helpful! I feel good about this company!!”
