“It is very nice to deal with a company that is TRULY cares about their customers. When I trip over my own feet on Friday Feb 9 and called to get a fall button. your service rep. was very kind and asked me if I was alright, I thought I was but I did go the ER no brakes but bruised ribs I never test the equipment I have but I am sure it works,”

“The representative I spoke with regarding changing from a different provider to Mobile Help was extremely thorough and polite. All information was confirmed with the sign-up person and all materials arrived promptly as promised. We have made a couple of calls to customer service for further information as my mother asked more questions and all were answered patiently, politely and thoroughly. Our switch to Mobile Help with the drop-detection pendant has been very smooth and we are greatly appreciative!”

“Every time I call to change where my mom is living their customer service has been excellent, more than that mom had a spell where she fell 4 times in a short amount of time and Mobile Heath was there to offer assistance and get an ambulance when needed.”

“Well, one way was to shut my neighbor up who was nagging at me to get something besides my phones. But I really haven't had an occasion to use it except to test it and this time it didn't work the way it should, but the operator said it was OK.”

“Online ordering was simple, product arrived quickly, company response and follow-up was impressive. “My call center rep was Gus. Gus was very helpful, considerate and professional. He answered every question I had and due to an oops on my part, patiently waited for me to figure out why the charge did not go thru (wrong security code given). Explained the option to upgrade and the insurance very well and I did both. I am looking forward to working with the company in taking care of my mother.”
