Very happy with a device I can hear and can hear me. Although the pendant is larger than a previous one I had, it isn't heavy. So glad I made the change.

It has worked very good, it is real sensitive, if it goes off during the night it takes them a little while to answer, but other times there is a quick response. I am satisfied with the system.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful. However, there was no indication of the sensitivity of the unit, nor was I informed that even with a false alarm, my son would be notified. I have been in the car, riding down the road when the alarm went off, the again when I was sitting down in a chair. This does become tiresome...knowing that others will be notified of the false alarm.

It seems it goes off with the slightest of touch but when my mom has fallen it doesn't go off and detect the fall.

I have no problem with your company or service. What I do have a problem with is your insistence that I write a review. Every organization and company today wants me to write a review, answer questions, or fill out a survey. I've decided I'm not going to do it anymore! MobileHelp did what you promised to do and I appreciate that. I'm using my device every day. I do wish it had a clip so I could clip it to my clothing.

I wasn’t,t sure it was working, seemed dead in the morn. Then it was saying something over and over and I could not contact, so I left, thinking it would correct itself. Now I know it works ver efficiently. I am thrilled

I have been told that the device need to be charge every 4 days but that is not true It need to be charge every 24 hours and some times shorter time to hold the charge

I'm not good with reviews . But the times that were mistaken as alarms the operator was very understanding. When I thought I was in trouble. I appreciated her . Thank you

Very unhappy with charge times. Sometimes 7 hours Sometimes 11. Today had to be on charger over 8 hrs before it showed charge.

Had I known there was a wrist version rather than a pendant I would have ordered that. I get far too many false alarms with the pendant.

I’m mostly pleased with system and customer service, but am having issues with locator. Your tech support helped me install app recently, but doesn’t seem to be tracking properly. Will have to call again when time allows.

Customer service was good but the one I talked to when ordering kept telling me it would work in my area without cell phone service. When I contacted them when I got the product inform me it wouldn't work. They did give me a full refund but I had to pay for the postage.

I think it's good for people who are disable. I myself a little more active. I wish you had different levels of sensitive movements. I work and move around a lot. I just need it for protection I work at night.
