It was very easy to set up, customer service explained everything well, easy to contact.

The wording on the texts and emails we receive for low battery or for charging come through like there’s has been a fall. The wording for these texts and emails need to be reworded. There also needs to be tech support 24/7 not just during the weekdays.

I had another product for many years before I switched to Mobile Help but changed because I liked the small unit to wear. I found in a short time that the necessity to carry another piece when I went out was a nuisance and want back to my earlier service, Great Call.

Too large! Very bulky, lumpy, looks like a pack of cigarettes if put under your shirt.

I would like to give 5 stars because MobileHelp is very responsive. The issue is with the network. AT&T is very spotty and the network is down too often. When the network is working, I've never had an issue connecting with someone at MobileHelp. What happens when I need help and the network is down or I'm at my son's house where the network is very spotty?

My wife and I both have the Mobile Help pendent hanging around our necks as we go out doors. It is reassuring to know that medical help is as close by as pushing a button. I'm a walker (3 times a week, 4+ miles per trip) and at two miles away from the house walking the pendent worked just fine. Also the Push Button For Help I installed in the shower works very nicely! And the price for two pendents was very reasonable!!

I am not very happy with your device. Cons: 1. Short battery life. 2. Fall detection falsies constantly and the one time I did fall, and fell hard, it did not work. 3. Device is not comfortable to wear (heavy). Pro: I like the phone app

Recently when I accidentally dropped the device, I received an immediate call from the response team. The agent was courteous, caring and understanding. Even though this was an accident, it proved how well the system functions.

I wear my device all the time except when I'm in the shower or in bed (but it is within reach then). Comforting to know I can call for help from any location, even when I'm out for a walk!

Testing is done every month. Everyone I talked to is very friendly. Hope I never need to use it. But I know it's there if I need it.

One day I accidentally set off my bracelet alarm. I wasn't even aware of it. In seconds, I got a call to make sure that I was all right. If I had been in distress, someone would have been dispatched immediately.

The fall detect is too sensitive. It calls from just a jarring. I need that disconnected.
