“I am pleased with the service. I hope I never have to test the response. My first unit developed some battery problems. When I contacted customer service, I was told that a new replacement would be sent overnight. Due to the lack of weekend delivery, I received the new unit the following Monday/”

“Mobile Help has saved my life several times ! I have had a stroke,heart attack , and several close calls over the last few years and living alone Mobile Help saved me ! Just push the button and help is on the way!! I feel safe knowing help is available when needed!”

“My only suggestions are to make the test button bigger and offer a variety of chains for the pendant . Also pouches to wear around someone’s belt. Thank you.”

“I had to use Mobile Help, they came did vitals and suggested me to go to the hospital which a friend drove me. I stayed over night and came home feeling good. I have given the phone number to people who want a good devise so they can be protected like I was. Thank you all”

“It's difficult to write a review of the MobileHelp monitor because I have yet to use it for an emergency. However, the unit is thankfully sensitive. I accidentally "tossed" it onto my nightstand to strip & wash sheets, and it thought I had fallen. I quickly received a call from your monitoring personnel. Thank you for your prompt call. It's comforting to know I can count on y'all in the event of a true emergency.”

“I am not happy with the people who answered the phone. I person said that I would have the label for the package today and I called again today and they said it would take 24-48 hours to get the label.”
