“This product has the potential to save my life, but I wish its criteria for notifying contacts of a potential problem was not so rigid. Early on, it generated notices to my contact because the battery died (the charge is less than 48 hours) and when I intentionally turned it off because I was afraid I would not get it back on the charger before the battery died.”

“Meds should be in your computer and not on my frig. All other info should also be in your computer as well. If I fall outside of my apartment what good would it do if it is on my frig. EMS & the hospital should get the info from you. Other med help cos. do this. Why not you?”

“The entire process took about 15 minutes. Mobile help had received rave reviews. The equipment arrived within two days and it was a simple matter to hook everything up and to do a test run as well. And essential piece of equipment if you live alone or are growing old.”

“I've had the wireless setup just a short time and feel secure with it as long as I'm in my house or close by outside. My previous setup was great, but because of large trees around my house, I couldn't always get reception when needed so changed to wireless. It worked everywhere except in my house and yard.”
