Had I known there was a wrist version rather than a pendant I would have ordered that. I get far too many false alarms with the pendant.

I’m mostly pleased with system and customer service, but am having issues with locator. Your tech support helped me install app recently, but doesn’t seem to be tracking properly. Will have to call again when time allows.

Customer service was good but the one I talked to when ordering kept telling me it would work in my area without cell phone service. When I contacted them when I got the product inform me it wouldn't work. They did give me a full refund but I had to pay for the postage.

I think it's good for people who are disable. I myself a little more active. I wish you had different levels of sensitive movements. I work and move around a lot. I just need it for protection I work at night.

The products perform ery The The products perform very well. But the appearance. Is unatttive....BLACK.Products should look like a wrist watch for the wrist unit.

I feel safe with mobile help. However I have some concerns and suggestions. I am disappointed that the battery lasts only two days, rather than the four days promised. Also: I wish it was in white rather than black, or that it could be put on a waterproof chain rather than the cord. Also, if the device could be smaller and less “bulky” that would be great. It is very noticeable under summer tops, a disadvantage for women. Thank you

I have two experiences dealing with Alerts set off by my mother's bracelet. In one instance, I was able to take the call and the process worked as described. On the second occasion, they left a voice mail. In attempting to return the call, I was routed through the phone system maze, never able to reach anyone. I made a call to my mother and found out that she had set the bracelet off by mistake. I am certainly glad this was not an actually emergency. Using automated phone answering services for an emergency center is very troubling.

Very disappointed - I purchased your product for a friend - before I received the unit she went downhill and needed full-time care so I returned the product. I have proof of the return and my Credit Card was not credited for over 3 weeks. I had to get my Credit Card company to file a dispute.

Advertised that the battery would stay charged for 4 days after a full charge is not true; more like 11/2 to 2 days.

MOBILEHELP IS GREAT. I HIT THE BUTTON BY MISTAKE AND RECEIVED A RESPONCE IMMEDIATELY TO MAKE SURE I WAS ALRIGHT. THEY HUNG IN THERE UNTIL I GAVE THEM THE RIGHT ANSWER THAT I WAS OK. GREAT STAFF. GLAD I HAVE MOBILEHELP. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

It was very good I fell once and they had somebody come and get me up I felt more safe and my family felt real safe with that on me
