“Advertised that the battery would stay charged for 4 days after a full charge is not true; more like 11/2 to 2 days.”

“MOBILEHELP IS GREAT. I HIT THE BUTTON BY MISTAKE AND RECEIVED A RESPONCE IMMEDIATELY TO MAKE SURE I WAS ALRIGHT. THEY HUNG IN THERE UNTIL I GAVE THEM THE RIGHT ANSWER THAT I WAS OK. GREAT STAFF. GLAD I HAVE MOBILEHELP. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK”

“got this unit for my 93 y/o Mom She absolutely loves it Its got a set up for the bathroom and the kitchen. Set up for door lock with a passcode for the paramedics { no smashing the door in) Very easy to deal with the sales rep on the phone and got a great deal”

“I tried this out and it was too sensitive for me and kept going off. I was told I could get rid of the "fall" part of it and did until I realized that was what I wanted it for. So I returned it WELL BEFORE THE 30 days was up. That was weeks ago and I know it was received and why am I not getting my refund? I will have to dispute the charge on my Amex.”

“Saved my mother’s life within 2.5 weeks. I recommend the one piece option with fall detection/cellular connection/gps locating to send help. I love these people and their equipment greatly reduced what could’ve been a lot more traumatic.”
