After a long search for a health help service, I finally determined that MobileHelp had the best equipment and service plan. After a thorough review of the details with Danny Simomoto, I was convinced that MobileHelp was the best. Danny was very patient and thorough in discussing the services available and his conviction and enthusiasm are now understandable after I have become directly acquainted with the plan. My family lives far away from my home but they are thoroughly pleased that they are included in any notifications of my call for help.

I have had my MobileHelp for almost a month and I have to give it 5 stars. It was super easy to set up, run tests and comprehend how it all will work when needed. Your Customer service is excellent, knowledgeable and courteous. I hope I never need to use it for an emergency but have complete confidence in the system if I need it.

The person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helped greatly with our choices. I'm happy with what we bought. I definitely would recommend this to family and friends. Definitely worth 5 stars and more. All the Mobile Help parts are bright and well made and the price was very good. Jenny M. Medford MA

I had my wrist band on and was putting up hurricane shutters with my neighbor when the fire trucks and emt showed up. They asked if everything was ok and I said yes. They said they got a call because I didn't answer the alarm that was set off. I must have hit the button on the wrist band. I am glad they were so prompt in follow up.

I enjoy mobile health it chage my ways of life.now i can go places without, tripping about wondering what if I pass out how would someone know. But with mobile help I got help right at my finger. I love mobile help

I now feel safe in my home and when I am out in public due to the travel unit that I have. It is such a relief to know that help is only a "button" away. You cannot put a price tag on some ones life that can be at risk. Thankful for Mobilecare!

I am very pleased with the equipment supplied by your company ; which makes me feel a lot safer after falling on sidewalks three (3) times before getting this service. I wear it in the house; but the best part I can travel all of U.S.A. and the service follows. the service is a great plan.

My grandma used MobileHelp in her home. I was with her a few times when she needed to hit the button and call for help due to a fall. MobileHelp was always professional and courteous, and quick to send the right help. She recently passed away and I need to call in to cancel the service for her. I chatted with Amber from Customer Service. Amber was extremely quick, helpful and friendly. She KNEW answers to my questions (I didn't have to wait while she looked them up somewhere), and she made everything as easy as possible. Thanks Amber!

I only got my MobileHelp basic system (consisting of 1 mobile unit with charging cradle, 1 wrist band button, and 1 pendant [both waterproof]).late last month, but so far, I'm very pleased with the service. So far, I haven't needed to take advantage of it in earnest, and I hope I NEVER have to, but I'm glad to have it available, just in case I take another tumble, or otherwise have a need to signal for help when no one's around to lend me a hand, such as the day I took that initial tumble. I especially love the fact that the mobile unit's GPS capability guarantees that EMS will locate me, even if I can't tell MobileHelp exactly where I am. This is important, since, due to my visual disability, I can easily be turned around. I may know the name of the street I'm on, but I might have no clue the name of the nearest cross street. That's where the mobile unit's GPS capability comes in. I may have no idea where I am, but thanks to the mobile unit's GPS capability, the MobileHelp operator knows, and can guide EMS right to me!!!

I can sleep a lot better now knowing that my mother has a button to push or if she falls in the shower or anywhere even on a walk that help is on the way. In no contracts no pressure that's the way I like it

It was easy to set up. I sent it back I didn't need it. My kids thought I should have it. Not that old yet.

Mobilehelp was purchased for my mother. We feel more secure knowing that she has access to help should she need it
