It gave us a sense of security to know our Dad is protected when he is alone. And with the monitor he wears, help is with him where ever he goes.

However, my alarm has gone off 4 times in the last week this is unacceptable. Today police, fire engine truck, ambulance .. This is making me crazy.

I had to be away from home for 2 weeks and I felt better knowing my husband had a surefire way to get help if he needed it.

Well when we set our alarm on they were calling right away to check and see everything was alright. Our fault we had hit button accidentally were still working on that be more careful. They are all very nice people working for them.

I am happy that MobileHelp does not require a contract nor payment for equipment. Staff has been helpful, I have found that I should not sleep with the fall detector since it set it off twice and once for no reason and the representative said it was probably too low on my chest and is sending me a different lanyard to bring it higher on my chest. I did have to move the base unit near a window to get reception on AT&T. Their coverage is not great in this area according to some in the community. Only glitch was my unit was activated while I was on the phone for another call from MobileHelp but this did not show up on their records. I am happy with the service and equipment

I live alone and this system gives me peace of mind , knowing that help is with me when no one else is around

Too new to really give a review, but what little contact I've had keeps me very hopeful. I feel a true interest in helping us, your customers and, while hoping to NOT have a need, feel very confident that you will be there for me should the need arise. I now feel safe with MobileHelp. I had been falling a lot lately and a fall on the patio was a warning because I lay on the hot concrete fo 45 minutes before I got any help and my heart was in A-Fib and my blood sugar was going low. I wondered if anyone would come before I lost consciousness from the hypoglycemia. A neighbor finally heard my calls for help and rescued me. That was a wake-up call, and I called MobilHelp signed up for the service. Just a week or so after I got MobileHelp, I took a very bad fall. I slammed my head into a concrete sidewalk and immediately my "fall necklace" alerted and I was taken to a trauma center to make sure my brain wasn't bleeding. Thankfully it wasn't, but it made me so grateful for the MobileHelp program. I now know how very fast they react to a problem. I wear my fall necklace continuously and also the bracelet. Thank you for making my life much safer.

I feel confident that MobileHelp is giving me the support and help that I need. Now I don't have to be worried that if I fall and am unable to get up, MobileHelp will immediately send the help that I need. The fall detector pendant is very sensitive, and I think it will detect any fall and immediately summon help. I wear it 24/7. I can recommend MobileHelp to all my friends.
