“I called several times and was assured that u had d for sale a small pendant that does everything as well as fall detection. U guys said that this mini does not need any additional base station. Mobil guardian has one. So after talking with I several times I was assured that u have received this new gismo. So I sent money and got one. Just before opening it I was told that u guys are still waiting for the new one to arrive so I returned the mini u guys sent. Let me know when and if U get this new version. 🔝925 8907999 the many people I talked to each of them had a different answer re the new Guardian. One said it arrived another on the way. I spent definitely to Much energy on this. U can call me if U wish providing that the new mini arrivec”

“I wish you would have shown me that a person with pacemaker could not use fall button in danger of his life. Fortunately for me I had company who could read the little bitty lettering on the button wrapping. I think you need to be more informative in the future!”

“This device goes a long way toward giving me peace of mind. However, even tho I haven't needed it yet, the alarm has gone off several times; once even when it was in my purse, sitting on the booth bench, not moving at all! And every time it has gone off it's really been for no reason! I never dropped it or fell to set it off!”

“Your service is OUTRAGEOUS! The Fire Department just showed up at my house and I was startled! Two days ago, I had spoken to you about the INSENSITIVITY of the neck alarm you sent me that goes off with the slightest movement!!!!! You are in the process of sending me a new one that does the same God dam thing!! That's why the Fire Department just showed up at my house! I'm going to have to cancel my service with you!!! This is outrageous!!!”

“I have been wearing the neck medial alert necklace {lanyard} for a month and am no longer fearful of being alone and suffering a bad fall with medical complications. The install was simple. The Customer Service is excellent. I did QUITE a bit of research of other systems and MobileHelp is the BEST.”

“It’s only been a week but all ready my fall alert went off when I was getting out of bed because my lanyard was too long and I pressed the butt and cancelled the alert! Just like that! Fabulous!”
