I am very happy to have this to aide me in my daily life and happy that I haven't had to make use of it so far. I am an active 85 year old and this keeps me going to enjoy my home and garden.

I have been wearing the neck medial alert necklace {lanyard} for a month and am no longer fearful of being alone and suffering a bad fall with medical complications. The install was simple. The Customer Service is excellent. I did QUITE a bit of research of other systems and MobileHelp is the BEST.

It’s only been a week but all ready my fall alert went off when I was getting out of bed because my lanyard was too long and I pressed the butt and cancelled the alert! Just like that! Fabulous!

It is great system. The only thing is missing is the mobile device needs 12 Volt car adaptor to be charged while driving.

I am happy this is available so I can stay in my house . No problem with setting up and using pricing good wished it was covered by insurance but still a good deal. Darcy K

Mu dad fell, but the fall did not activate the fall detection because my dad was not wearing the necklace. The person I spoke to was very helpful in explaining to me that he must wear the necklace and how the process would work if he falls

The two people who helped me were outstanding. I know why I buy apple products Every time I go in the store they are pleasant and address your concerns. You as a company are customer oriented and I like that and you will get my business.

The equipment is bulky, and the wrist and pendant devices are not very useful as a means of communication if the mobile device is not close at hand, because the mobile device is the only source of communication. That requires the user to carry the mobile device anytime they leave the room in which the device is sitting on the charger in order to be able to articulate any possible problem. For this reason, the wrist and/or pendant are not very useful in requesting direct help. The only reasonable solution is to carry the mobil device at all times. That requires putting the bulky mobile device in a pocket of some kind, which is awkward.

We are very happy with the service they provide. We had an accidental distress call got out. The response time was incredible. Mobile help was understanding about the situation. Our family recommends this product.

Because of my health concerns, particularly due to falling & balance issues, I now feel somewhat more assured of getting immediate help by wearing my medic alert necklace, just in case I should have another fall or health issue. I have noticed that the alarm seems to be very sensitive & has gone off by itself 3x now. My adult children live in other States, so they are very relieved but still worry. When I’m able to go out for day trips, errands, & appointments, I will be able to get help when I need it. Thank you.
