“I wish you would have shown me that a person with pacemaker could not use fall button in danger of his life. Fortunately for me I had company who could read the little bitty lettering on the button wrapping. I think you need to be more informative in the future!”

“This device goes a long way toward giving me peace of mind. However, even tho I haven't needed it yet, the alarm has gone off several times; once even when it was in my purse, sitting on the booth bench, not moving at all! And every time it has gone off it's really been for no reason! I never dropped it or fell to set it off!”

“Your service is OUTRAGEOUS! The Fire Department just showed up at my house and I was startled! Two days ago, I had spoken to you about the INSENSITIVITY of the neck alarm you sent me that goes off with the slightest movement!!!!! You are in the process of sending me a new one that does the same God dam thing!! That's why the Fire Department just showed up at my house! I'm going to have to cancel my service with you!!! This is outrageous!!!”

“I have been wearing the neck medial alert necklace {lanyard} for a month and am no longer fearful of being alone and suffering a bad fall with medical complications. The install was simple. The Customer Service is excellent. I did QUITE a bit of research of other systems and MobileHelp is the BEST.”

“It’s only been a week but all ready my fall alert went off when I was getting out of bed because my lanyard was too long and I pressed the butt and cancelled the alert! Just like that! Fabulous!”

“Mu dad fell, but the fall did not activate the fall detection because my dad was not wearing the necklace. The person I spoke to was very helpful in explaining to me that he must wear the necklace and how the process would work if he falls”
