They sent the incorrect charger with my phone, and make it so incredibly difficult to speak to anyone, and even when I finally got through to someone I’m told their systems are down and to call back tomorrow. How does that help when I need to charge my phone!?

On purchase this phone was to be delivered on 31st December. It’s now 3rd January and still no sign of phone being delivered. The tracking app status has not changed or been updated since dispatch!

Well 3 bars of chocolates have arrived in a DPD bag but no IPhone 15 Pro Max is present and now I have to wait for mobiles.co.uk to do an investigation. They say they are unable to cancel my number being transferred too. They offered no help so it's down to me to cancel my DD, recover funds from the credit card and cancel the number being transferred. No customer service there then, should have just gone to the Apple shop.

Whilst this is being investigated I recommend you contact your existing network provide and request a new PAC code, this should prevent your number from being transferred to the new contract. Was 2 hours on the phone, employee lacked knowledge. My phone was meant to arrive on the 7th and they still dont know where it is. Shame shame shame. I regreg buying from you

The purchases process was straightforward but I want to keep my existing number and despite giving iD the PAC code when buying the phone this hasn’t happened. They’ve admitted the problem is with them not my old provider, their technical team is looking into and I’ll hear in 24/48 hrs. In the meantime I have no network access

Attempted to purchase 2 mobiles, first one went through no hitch, the second one didn't. So I called to try to resolve, spent total an hour on the phone up until approx 5pm. Was told my case would be referred to a Team Leader and someone would get back to me within 20 minutes. Well that was last Wednesday and still not heard anything. Have gone elsewhere and purchased from affordablemobiles as mobiles.co.uk clearly don't want my money!

am not happy as its not iphone 11 yellow its a 11 pro and all back of it was smashed is this even allowed as i fully understand it was refurbished but surely you can not send 11pro out woth smashed back as you wil see in the picture a have uploaded its never been iphone 11

Absolutely shocking service for 2 months. Sent me out a faulty phone and they didn't help at all after 23 emails and over 21hours of being on the phone to them was it sorted. I do not recommend this company

I ordered a google 6 pro. The order acknowledgement and delivery paperwork said 6 pro. You actually sent me a google 6 not the pro model then went out of stock on the Pro after l had boought the cases etc. what a waste of time. call me back if you want my order details

Laughable customer service that when hearing of my unactivated/faulty SIM card asked me to call the phone, then call from the phone - I had to remind them the SIM was faulty. They then promised it would be fixed in 5 days. Needless to say it wasn't. I emailed to complain and was told they were now unable to activate the SIM, so a week of owning a new phone without being able to use it. Bafflingly they then ran another credit check before sending my new SIM - which due to being my 3rd/4th in a week - was declined. They then demanded the phone sent back to them, which I'm in no hurry to do. Absolute shambles of a company - AVOID!
