“Great service and support. I had ordered a 16GB iPhone with a O2 bundle. I came to regret that I bought the 16GB iPhone and wanted to return it. I called customer services and they helped me so that and even tried to find me a different iPhone with a bigger memory. It didn't work out because of me so full marks to Mobiles.co.uk. I have now returned the phone without any hassle and problems.”

“I received my phone, put the sim inside and the phone hadn't been unlocked to the network. So I was unable to use the phone and therefore I had to send it back. I'm still awaiting a new replacement phone to be delivered. However, the customer support team have been very helpful, and if I get my new phone at the time they have stated, the overall I will be happy with the service.”

“Quick and easy process with some great offers to enjoy. The refurbished phone was in great condition although I did receive a Samsung charger with my IPhone strangely. That said, the correct charger was sent immediately so no inconvenience whatsoever.”

“Good website-Phone came no problems=easy to set up and use. Slight snag on hidden costs that they don't tell you about!Only a few pounds more but can come as an unexpected cost if you are not aware! Also monthly direct debit was 1.50 more than quoted to begin with,which i found as odd!”

“I got a good deal with Mobiles.co.uk. Applied on line and follow up service was very prompt, as was delivery of my new phone. My only bugbear really relates to EE because I was moving from one of their business accounts to a personal account. This needed additional verification by Mobiles.co.uk but this was conducted quickly. Also EE require me to move my own number to another network first and then move it to my new EE SIM which is really inconvenient. But that's an EE issue.”
