“Advantages: So far I have good experience with your service. It is only first few days. The sale woman was good and quick. She was efficient. I like the phone. Disadvantages:I was eligible to get 5 pounds back towards handset price but it has not been done. Also I paid £3.40 price of call (it's on my sky phone bill) to mobile.co.uk to buy a phone. i do not think this is fair. At least when people call to buy do not charge them.”

“They accepted my order quickly and kept me up to date, but I thought if I ordered the day before I would recieve my phone next day. i ordered on Friday morning and received it Monday evening. O2 had billed me starting on Saturday! Wasn't very pleased about that. But phone turned up brand new and works perfectly. One word of advice - don't switch from iPhone to samsung. It's so confusing.”

“Once I had found the phone I wanted, I looked for the best value for both my chosen phone and possible contracts. Mobiles.co.uk came up tops all the way along and, even though I'd never heard of them prior to my Google searches, there was enough positive feedback on the site for me to go for it. Service has been First Class. My phone was delivered by courier the very next day, well packed and with the Micro SD and charger all included. Following the instructions I was given, switching from O2 was easy and I had uninterrupted mobile service. I LOVE my new phone and am happy to recommend Mobiles.co.uk on the basis of my own, personal dealings with them.”

“Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge is an amazing phone! Mobile.co.uk were easy to deal with and very helpful, the only downside is it was not next day delivery, I live in N Ireland, courier company DPD said mobile.co.uk should not be promising next day as it takes 2days to ship to N Ireland.”

“Very good value for money. The cheapest price I could find. Although the website wasnt secure so didn't want to risk putting in my card details. Phoned them instead and they were very helpful. Got set up in 15 minutes and the phone was delivered the next day. Great!”

“Great experience as a new customer. The company did exactly what they claimed and the phone and SIM arrived ahead of the advertised time. All good. The only minor downside was that the customer service team took a few minutes to get through to but were very efficient once I was connected.”
