“The service was good, but I'm not happy with my phone selection. The iPhone 6 I have is too low for my requirements. Having used it for a month now, I can't use my music, download anything, take photo's or even use when I'm out and about for data. Its only usable at home and even then it's too low in memory for my requirements. Who can I speak to about this please?”

Hello Stephen, I am sorry to hear that your iPhone 6 isn't performing properly. If you take your handset into your local Carphone Warehouse store they will be happy to help you, and your network provider can add a data bolt on if you need more data when you’re out and about. “I have purchased a second phone, iPhone 6S on EE, from Mobiles.co.uk due to being unable to get a better deal anywhere else. I even looked at purchasing the phone outright and getting a Sim only deal and still I couldn't beat the deal I got”

“It was easy to compare iphone deals and I think I got a great bargain - it could have been made easier to buy multiple items, though! When there was an issue in the order process, the customer service agent handled it swiftly and easily - but it was inconvenient and a toll call to resolve something between mobiles and the vendor.”

“A very easy way to order my new mobile and fortunately I wasn't offered any of the unnecessary services such as insurance and support which are a right pain to get rid of. However, I did miss your offer of £10 off a handset simply because I was directed to your site via a price comparison website which I found a shame. It would have been nice to have had that as well. You would have scored a 10 otherwise!”

“Ordered with one provider and recieved an email the next day stating that I needed to ring Mobiles.co.uk to confirm some details. The provider had declined the order however the Mobiles.co.uk customer support employee helped greatly with searching out a similar deal and checking with the provider before completing the order.
