Ridiculously fast service, extremely impressed. A little annoyed that somehow a marketing company has my brand new phone number that I haven't even given out yet but I'm not sure if this was you guys or Vodafone, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt!

Next day delivery is ideal, everything good so far very smooth purchase. I have ordered with mobiles.co.uk previously and I had to wait weeks and eventually had to cancel. Glad they have improved, will purchase with them again.

Friendly staff, but wrong order put through. Was dealt with promptly. offered a 20.00 voucher for inconvenience. Now have to phone again as one contract hasn't been cancelled as promised.

An entry level 3G phone (Huawei) was purchased, it is excellent value. Only 2 comments. 1. Battery could do with more capacity. It is in use for about 15 hours a day, web access normally off to minimise usage, it needs to be charged on day 3. 2. The network provider appears to be Orange. Coverage in my area is poor despite being London SW16. Cannot get a signal in most of the house. Not sure who to complain to !

Good service but paid extra to get delivered at work before 12 on a Tuesday . They then tried to deliver on a sunday when I wasn't at work so had to arrange again for Tues but it didn't come until 2.30. So no point in paying extra. Tried to find a way to contact them on the site but it seems it's not possible to make contact. Delivery was made by did.

The customer service from the sales representative, Hassan Tippu, on two O2 contracts (one new contract and one upgrade) was excellent. However, it is very disappointing that I was unable to upgrade my third O2 contract and was told I had to wait three months, as I would be happy to give mobiles.co.uk the business immediately. Now I have to look for an alternative solution unless you can come back and confirm this can be done sooner.

I was hesitant to order a phone online at first because of the deluge of negative reviews, but people are far more likely to voice discontent than praise. So I Ordered the S7 Edge for £28/month £40 up front cost (unlimited calls/text, 1GB data) which is a phenomenal deal online, didn't have to speak to anyone. My only criticism is that the delivery date was wrong, but I suspect this to be because I ordered after 5pm and the automated system gave me the wrong date and I got my phone a day later than planned. But what's one day?! Ultimately, a very good service and excellent deal.

I bought my phone from Mobiles.co.uk without any problems & spoke to someone on the phone to finalise the whole thing without even being put on hold. From choosing my phone & deal to receiving it took less than 24 hours.

Phones arrived promptly for me and my wife. However there were no temporary tel numbers so got delayed 3 days before giving PAC code to o2. In your welcome e.mail also there is no temporary mobile number either so couldn't use online service. When asked to O2 they said, a letter should have been sent! Needed to spend 40 minutes to get security etc done with O2 before they can give us mobile numbers and accept PAC code. Bill for the phones were issued by O2 on the same day when we purchased the phones, even before the phones were dispatched! Essentially charging the customers even before they have even opportunity to use the network. This is ethically unfair and commercially rip off.
