“The S7 Edge is an excellent phone and the contract with Vodafone is excellent 3GB for 37 pounds per month Freephone however I wish I had spoken to Three earlier as they offered me 8GB internet at 40 pounds per month free phone. The phone however is excellent and there are many good deals on the site. I was worried as I thought the site was fake but it is real and the handset I received was new and not damaged however the 30 day returns policy gives peace of mind.”

“Excellent deals and Tariffs available which beat other competitors hands down however they let themselves down on the Customer Service that they provide..... It took me in excess of 25 minutes on two separate occasions to get through to them. I was kept on hold forever!! Not good for a company that deals in Telecommunications!!!”

“Excellent website, I've used it a few times to compare mobile phone contracts with other sites and this has always had the best deal. The contract I purchased was about £20 cheaper per month than other websites/direct with the betwork, I couldn't be happier. When I ordered the contract I did not realise that a credit check was not done immediately so I was a bit concerned (after paying for next day delivery) that it would arrive in time but it did and I was updated the whole way through the process. The phone arrived in perfect condition with clear literature on what I needed to do to keep my number and start using the phone. I honestly couldn't be happier and would recommend this website to everyone I know.”

“Excellent deal on iPhone 6s beat my current provider by £150 on total contract cost. Very easy to order phone, I was disappointed the next day when I received text from carrier to say phone hadn't been received from mobiles.co.uk., however I received an immediate response to my query about the delivery date and it was actually delivered the next day. So overall I am very pleased with service.”

“Fast prompt delivery and very good customer service when I had to return the handset (no fault of theirs, due to problems with the network provider). The only thing I wold say to improve is the advice on customer returns, it was hard to find on the website and the downloadable advice PDF was out of date compared to other advice in emails and online.”

“I might very happy with my purchase from mobiles.co.uk. The only thing I was unhappy with is that when I bought the phone it said it would be delivered the next day and I even got emails saying the phone would arrive the next day but then I received a text on the day of delivery saying it would be another day. Not a big deal but I did feel a bit let down.”

“Excellent range of mobile phone contracts to suit different customers. Also the offering off refurbished phones makes expensive new phone deals much cheaper and available to most budgets. I was worried about purchasing a refurbished phone as I have always just gone through mobile phone carriers, however the quality of the phone was impeccable with it coming wrapped asif it was new. I am now more likely to buy refurbished phones as I would of never been able to tell the difference. I am very glad to have gone through mobile.co.uk as I am very pleased with my purchase. In addition to this the delivery was extremely quick and able to change and fit to my preferred date and or time.”
