I ordered my new phone in the afternoon and the next morning I received it very quick and before I received an email and text letting me know when my delivery will be very happy with the service I received from mobiles.co.uk

Bought two iphone 11 phones on on upgrade basis on EE network. Website stated initial fee plus £31 pm for 20gb data for each phone. Received written confirmation that this was the case. My EE account now shows both phone are £33pm month for 15gb data And EE claim this is the details that mobiles.co.uk have passed to them and this is what my new contract will cost. Of course Mobiles .co.uk now don’t want to enter int any dialogue over this matter. Not to be trusted a truly disingenuous company pulling underhand stunts to sell mobiles. Customer service shocking. Can’t believe this company is part of Carphone Warehouse, which is part of Currys. On second thoughts yes I can.

Still awaiting my phone, ordered Saturday morning for next day delivery. Still waiting now after nearly five days. DPD still have not received the parcel.

I ordered a refurbished iphone 11 from mobiles.co.uk. It arrived very quickly. However, when I put the sim card in there was no network service. After spending 2 hours on the phone to EE they informed me that the phone had been blacklisted by Vodafone 4 months ago!!! I then tried to contact mobiles.co.uk for some help with this matter and their phone lines all have a message to say they are closed (during working hours) and when I sent an email I got an automated response back to say they would email me back within 7 days!! I now have a blacklisted handset that I cannot use whilst being charged for the monthly line rental and no way to contact anyone to get some help to either cancel the contract within the cooling off period or get it replaced. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend!!

So far the worst experience I've ever had in ordering a new mobile phone. Contract doesn't work (I've spoken to the provider who the contract is with and they've confirmed the account hasn't been set up correctly by Mobiles.co.uk). I've spoken to their customer services several times and repeatedly been given the wrong information and excuses. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Paid for 128gb handset and sent 64gb one. Told would have to wait up to 5 days to ‘see what was agreed’ even though they could see the price I had paid matched the price of the 128gb handset. Had to cancel order and send it back myself (nearest drop off point 3 miles away). Delivery was 2 days late. Ordered again and everything went ok. Happy with my phone but could have done without the hassle and mobiles.co.uk should have taken ownership of the mistake in the first place.

After online transaction Had gone through with money been paid and confirmation email been send, I got a phone call saying that order could not be processed, more information was needed. Turned out that this was just a trick to try and sell me lots of other items! It only stopped when I threatened to cancel my order. Complete time waster and cheater! Wouldn’t use again.

Placed my order for an iPhone 11 on the internet and two phones arrived. When I phoned customer services, they insisted I had placed one order on the website and then also placed an order over the phone .Despite my protestations they continued to insist that that I had made an order over the phone. Eventually managed to speak to a manger who admitted that the mistake was made by mobiles.co.uk who had generated a phone order when the web order came through.

Advertised the Samsung S20 5G under 5G deals, but sold with a 4G tariff. Called to confirm if this is a mistake, and was advised it will be, as it wouldn't make sense to sell like this. When it arrived, my fears were confirmed, still waiting for a refund.
