I have never been more disappointed with the service of a company. First I was sent the wrong SIM card, when the network told me this wasn’t right, I contacted your customer service. I was then told by your customer service chat worker Sive multiple times that I was wrong and needed to wait 48 hours for the number to change. I checked with EE and that was not the case at all, this was really bad advice that would’ve left me with someone else’s number (an active EE account) for another 48 hours. In total going between yours and EE’s customer service lines, combing both your websites, reading every last word of the emails you’d sent me and every article online I could find, I lost a about 4-5 hours of my day, not the mention the stress of what should’ve been an easy transaction. I’m left disappointed, angry and wanting some sort of compensation for my wasted time. Otherwise, I just don’t see myself using this website again. I’m considering posting on your review pages publicly but I have not decided yet as I’ve not had any contact back from you.

Taken a week to arrive meaning cannot port until next week. So much for next day delivery. Had to contact around 8 times and very unhelpful. Will now receive another bill my current network which I wouldn’t have had they delivered as promised.

Whilst using your web site to purchase a new phone, it didn’t make abundantly obvious some very relevant information. Which resulted in having to return the new phone at my cost. Not satisfactory at all.

I have not used it yet as I have I have been incapacitated with heart failure. How can I contact you I have not received any invoice or paperwork from you. I noticed from my bank statement you have charged me £75.00 although I entered the code and it is shown on the basket reminder you sent me. This seems to be common practice these days with online retailers and it is not the first time it has happened to me as I have no choice but to shop online being a 77 year old disabled person. I will review the phone when I can if you tell me where to send it to as all your emails say no reply which I find really annoying especially when you are asking questions that I cannot reply to.

Accused me of fraud then Cancelled the order and had the phone returned to them while it was in transit with DPD! So a full day wasted. Now they won't even remove their searches from my credit file. Or help me to resolve the issue. ABSOLUTE JOKE

Very poor packing of item sent . Did not know that Mobiles.co.uk are owned by Carphone Warehouse only found out after ordering as i would have not ordered as i don't trust Carphone Warehouse.

Endless emails and texts explaining how my driver Robbie was going to deliver the phone yesterday; except he didn’t. Apparently I wasn’t in even the i didn’t leave the house all day. DPD website shows a photograph of the van on a road as proof but not ability to speak to anyone or complain. Mobiles.co.uk very clear delivery issues are not their problem. The measure of a company is what happens when something goes wrong

Got the phone very quickly but the gift I am still waiting on although in the contract they said it would be delivered 3-5 days after the phone we are 3-4weeks on and despite several emails and been fob off still waiting?very disappointed customer

I ordered iPhone delivery, on contract, sent to my partners home, cos of isolation, it arrived and was then held back by fraud team, also took my downpayment
