They didn't make me happy - they cocked up my order and sent the wrong phone, then asked for another £100 to send the collect one - then didn't let EE know so I had a double bill, then apparently misinformed me that I could register phone week after I received it because it was present for daughter - this is apparently untrue. Transaction was quick and easy but 4hrs later my original number hasn't transferred to my new phone, I also raised the fact it didn't arrive on time and still waiting on a reply, not a good start but hopefully it will sort itself out quite quickly

Well the site customer service and offers are brilliant however I was told my phone would be here the next day and I am still waiting- day 5. Bit disappointing. That side of the service is poor.

I have been on a phone with you guy nearly every day for the past 2 weeks and to be honest every time was a different Pearson which brings different experience. Some of the people are very helpful and very friendly and some simply don't give enough and aren't even bothered to reed the notes on the account... but frustrated when you have to resort your story for the 19th time....

Needed 2 iPhone 7 for my daughters, tried ordering them together but £15 discount was only applied to one phone. So I only ordered 1 phone, next day went in to order 2nd phone but was declined?? Service for the phone I received was great but I wouldn't use them again

I orderes two iphone SE's from mobiles.co.uk and only one phone was delivered as apparently i failed internal checks. When i rang customer service they didn't help me to understand the problem and after the phone call i was left confused.

Tried to buy two phones from them from the sane network for presents. After reading some reviews I doubted this would work, but gave it a go as my credit rating was excellent. Accepted for one phone, but rejected for the other. Just went and bought another phone from snither store on a different network. No problems with delivery or phone that I did get from these though

I bouht Samsung galaxy s7 with 6GB data per month but I got only 1GB per month. They've promised me it will be applied on 6GB for few days.

When I ordered my phone I selected the Saturday delivery option as mobiles.co.uk can't deliver to my work at a university . After I paid I found out that a Saturday was impossible and so had to take off work to sit at my house and wait which was very frustrating.
