Service was prompt and item delivered in a timely manner, however I purchased upgrade via cashback site and it didn't track, so now I have the hassle of having to submit a manual claim

Overall the staff member on the phone was friendly, and the phone arrived very fast, the next day. But it came with absolutely no instructions on what I was supposed to do next. The phone number on the receipt was so tiny (font 7 I think) that I didn't see it for two days. The only information the staff member gave me was to phone O2 when the phone arrived. but when I did even O2 seemed confused. Took me two calls to O2 and one visit to the store to get the new phone up and running. All this time could have been saved with a A4 sheet with clear instructions on what to do to transfer from my old company Vodafone to the new one. My other big issue with them is that I have now found out they have charged me £4.70 for the phone call to buy a contract from them. In other words they are making money from me both ways, from the monthly contract, AND from the phone call to get the contract. What a bloody cheek. Other than that I have no issues with them.

Excellent service with great deals and delivery however I am in communication with Vodafone as it won't let me enter my old number after the port in settings. Hopefully the handset is not faulty. If so I will be in touch.

It was easy, and literary the cheapest contract I have found. I have got the phone the next day and it works fine. However, the packaging was not sufficient to protect the product (It was an over £500 phone) and the box was all battered. Also, I am not sure if it was a 'new phone' as the seal was off (if there was any), and the protective film which was attached on the phone did not seem right (some air bubbles etc) and I could clearly see some finger marks on the instruction paper. So I think it was a customer return. but the phone works fine and I did not make a fuss as it's a christmas time and I wouldn't think I would have a replacement in time.

All fine, then received email stating I need to contact you for more details. 15 mins waiting on hold to my cost to find out order had been processed but do I want to buy accessories!!! SCAM.

DPD are the worst courier group in the UK and mobiles.co.uk should stop using them. I've had three bad experiences with them and it would put me off buying from Mobiles if they'll use DPD as couriers.

Best price for my mobile phone and very fast delivery, could not fault service and saved some money too :) However after opening up the package I found there was no SIM card included, so not happy about that!!

Was happy with the time I got phone just not with the deal as I clicked free gift n it never went through so told me I need to choose another tariff wen the same phone tarrif and price is still there with the free gifts
