“I bouht Samsung galaxy s7 with 6GB data per month but I got only 1GB per month. They've promised me it will be applied on 6GB for few days.”

“When I ordered my phone I selected the Saturday delivery option as mobiles.co.uk can't deliver to my work at a university . After I paid I found out that a Saturday was impossible and so had to take off work to sit at my house and wait which was very frustrating.”

“They sent one order promtly. However they over charged me and they are a nightmare of a co to get in touch with after trying numorous emails and waiting 35 mins for an operator!!!! Still not had my money returned.”

“Phone came quickly but was not expecting to have a new number which sent me into a panic. I went onto FAQs and thankfully it told me what I needed to do to port my number. Would not have been impressed if I had to change. Will make me think twice about using mobiles.co.uk again.”

“Process was very efficient, had my new phone within a day of ordering it. Only putting 3 stars because the phone that was delivered was 'blacklisted', meaning I had to spend 20 minutes talking to the phone network getting it unblocked.”
