“They sent one order promtly. However they over charged me and they are a nightmare of a co to get in touch with after trying numorous emails and waiting 35 mins for an operator!!!! Still not had my money returned.”

“Phone came quickly but was not expecting to have a new number which sent me into a panic. I went onto FAQs and thankfully it told me what I needed to do to port my number. Would not have been impressed if I had to change. Will make me think twice about using mobiles.co.uk again.”

“Process was very efficient, had my new phone within a day of ordering it. Only putting 3 stars because the phone that was delivered was 'blacklisted', meaning I had to spend 20 minutes talking to the phone network getting it unblocked.”

“Great Apple iPhone SE 64GB deal: 3GB data and unlimited calls and texts for £26.50 per month on a 24 months contract with O2. It takes some searching and filtering on the website to find the best deals though. Only 'Average' because I originally ordered two iPhone SE 64GB's on Vodafone but although ordered in the same transaction, the second one was cancelled! I had to phone Mobiles.co.uk to get to the bottom of why this happened and was told that Vodafone doesn't allow more tan one new contract in the same name within 3 months. So knowing this, why did Mobiles.co.uk allow me to order two at the same time? Not good!”
