When I ordered the 1st phone I got an email saying I'd failed the security check. So I ordered again using a differ card, got same message. Was going to go to carphone ware house but I rang to ask why I'd failed. Was told I hadn't and phone was on it's way. Then got emails saying it would last arrive sat then on the next day got told it was arriving that day so had to go home to receive it. Major confusion

Good price. Good staff. Carriers will specify an hour slot. 2 mistakes with the delivery address, so first day missed, 2nd day wrong house,

Responded quickly to email about faulty headphones. Have offered to send a new set, but by standard delivery and so I'm still waiting for them to arrive one week after my initial order. Other companies would have sent the replacement first class or priority.

Overall this was a very satisfactory shopping experience. The sales assistant was very courteous and very professional in the way she dealt with my order. I was even more amazed when the order arrived next day to Northern Ireland. The experience was marred by the very expensive call costs that I incurred by made in ordering the phones. There was no warning on the web site that I would incur these charges before I ordered. If it had been not for this my overall assessment would have been ver good 5 star.

Although I was extremely impressed by the online offer-the best from the crop, my faith in the company was dampen by the fact that the handset I received had a manufacturing fault which meant i had arrange for pick up, be without a phone for 3 days using a basic handset for personal and work purposes, causing major inconvenience for me considering I've paid £25 upfront for the handset with an email from 02 confirming my tariff bill. I strongly feel that the company should reimburse me £25 for the issue I encountered above.

I waited for delivery information in the morning as I thought that I had arranged a pretty 10.30 delivery, as stated in my acknowledgement email. However, this was not done by the advisor, I had to drive to DPD's depot to collect, no ta good experience.
