Order processing and pricing were all very good, however, the phone (iPhone6s) that I received was faulty as the rear camera did not work. In the process of trying to get the matter resolved at the time of writing this review

Great, unless of course you want 2 phones. Tried to order 2 phones, one for myself, one for my teenage daughter, both the same phone, both the same network, just differing contracts. One was accepted, one was rejected for "failing an internal security check"....not a credit check, and "internal check". On speaking to multiple people in customer services, the only answer i got was "computer says no, and we can't overirde it". No one actually seems to know why, and were incredibly unhelpful (though I'm guessing through no fault of their own). Even spoke to Vodafone (the network in question). They told me I'm pre approved by them for multiple contracts so has nothing to do with them. They even gave me the account details to prove to mobiles.co.uk that I'm pre approved. Mobiles computer still said no. So I now have one phone, and not the two I needed. Guess I'll just have to use someone else.

Reason for my rating is so far only part of the order has arrived and not a call email letter or any other communication about why the rest of the order isnt here yet. The phone arrived very quickly - within a few days so very pleased with the speedy delivery. Everything perfect and just as ordered with the exception of the free gift. Registered with the site so I could look for a tracking number but the site refuses me access saying account doesn't exist! Have messaged on Facebook to query a delivery date for the remainder of the order and will amend or update my review accordingly.

Not great that I was contacted by email to call a period rate number. The question could have been asked and answered by email. Or even a now premium direct line could have been provided, or the question could have been added to the sign up process

initially very good when ordering , but the product didn't appear , I had been contacted after order to say that the colour wasn't available hence delay, chose a new one , assured it would be 3-5 days . a week or more later I rang back with no progress and been told that there was no trace of order but someone would call me back . they didn't . eventually a very helpful lady sorted the whole problem out brilliantly and swiftly , and the phone arrived as promised , just month after being ordered. Only wish id spoken with her the first time , I almost went elsewhere but they had sorted my first sim only issue efficiently .not sure I would go back again after this though .

I received my phone promptly , sadly it will not allow my wifi password to go through. Spoke to two advisors who could not help. Will need to send the phone back. My son in law had the same problem twice. Also I am not happy at all to pay 13 p per minute to call you. Very dissatisfied .

The information about to keep your old number when you make a new contract is not clear. I loose my credit ballance waiting the costumer service, the free costumer service number to call and ask your doubt is hard to find. The mobile I bought was 10£ more expensive than 2 weeks before. I'll pay my first monthly contract the 20th of june but I have the phone since the 9th of June, I don't understand why. I only have 5 days with my new mobile and maybe is too soon to give a feedback. I want the price for my daughter birtday present please choose me. Regards.

I saw a deal for an iphone 6s. It was unlimited texts, unlimited minutes and 2gb of data for £26 per month. After having numerous attempts, the deal wouldnt go through. I reported this issue and within minutes it said the deal was no longer available. Reluctantly i went for a similar deal for £28 per month, but with only 1gb of data. On processing it askes for a voucher code. I put the code in i searched for to have £10off the upfront payment and it wouldnt process that either. So all in all at the moment i feel dissapointed. I also tried to phone but was given a waiting time of 11 minutes. I would like a response to this email if possible.

Phones and deal were very appealing, the delivery also very good. The issue was that I wanted two of the same phones for my kids and for some unknown reason "failed internal security checks" on one of them, they allowed me to get another deal but no explanation why I could not get two of the same phone, poor and confusing communication followed.

Ordered Thursday. Next day delivery Friday. Saturday afternoon still no phone delivered. Cancelled by phone after 13 mins phone line wait. Was offered 2 week free line rental as apology. Disappointed as I needed phone quickly. Phone arrived Monday. Returned immediately. I don't know where things went wrong. It may have been mobiles.co.uk or dpd. Either way don't offer next day delivery if it can't be done.

The device is far too large and cumbersome - where the devil do you carry it? It does not fit into top pockets of shirts, you cannot put it into your pockets in your trousers, and why do you need such a large format instrument to make a phone call or take a picture? I think the makers ought to go back to basics and ask themselves what it was meant to do in the first place!! If you need a larger format - buy a tablet or a laptop!!

Phone arrived quickly and set up of phone fine. But I am still not able to register with Vodaphone to port my old number to my new phone. Received the phone Thursday morning and still not able to register on Monday afternoon. Have spoken to Vodaphone and they tell me Mobiles.co.uk have not registered the number with them yet. Over 192 hours now when they say 48 hours. Umhhhhh.

Things that annoyed when placing an order a. While placing the order I was asked to provide last 3 years stay history. If 3 years stay history is a criteria then it should mentioned clearing when starting the ordering process. b. As I do not have last 3 years history I was required to call customer service number. I had to call 4 times before I could speak to someone. Everytime I called recorded message was we are experiencing higher than usual call volume. Every time called I waited for 10mins hoping someone would answer. c. While waiting in queue recorded message said you can get all answers in help and support page or email your query. When checked help and support page email option was available to person who had placed an order before for new customer there was nothing.It;s annoying that after spending 10mins looking you realize that there is nothing in page for you.

The delivery of the phone went perfectly. I love my phone and was very happy with the deal I got. However it was not explained to me that it was a new contract and not just an upgrade and then I lost my sim.... (not clearly with phone n the packing..... All resolved eventually. Some of problem was my stupidity and some was that things were not transparent at point of sale. Don't like hanging on phone for 10 mins being charged a lot - apparently there is a landline but that is NOT what you see when you are on website, on your phone, in a hurry.

I would use mobile.co.uk again because the deals are great but they did let me down big time for my daughters birthday when they promised to deliver the next day and they didn't but they assured me it's a one off be interesting to find out how many Others it happens too
