Great service but on the website it said £50 Upfront but when I ordered the phone I had to pay £60.

Things that annoyed when placing an order a. While placing the order I was asked to provide last 3 years stay history. If 3 years stay history is a criteria then it should mentioned clearing when starting the ordering process. b. As I do not have last 3 years history I was required to call customer service number. I had to call 4 times before I could speak to someone. Everytime I called recorded message was we are experiencing higher than usual call volume. Every time called I waited for 10mins hoping someone would answer. c. While waiting in queue recorded message said you can get all answers in help and support page or email your query. When checked help and support page email option was available to person who had placed an order before for new customer there was nothing.It;s annoying that after spending 10mins looking you realize that there is nothing in page for you.

The delivery of the phone went perfectly. I love my phone and was very happy with the deal I got. However it was not explained to me that it was a new contract and not just an upgrade and then I lost my sim.... (not clearly with phone n the packing..... All resolved eventually. Some of problem was my stupidity and some was that things were not transparent at point of sale. Don't like hanging on phone for 10 mins being charged a lot - apparently there is a landline but that is NOT what you see when you are on website, on your phone, in a hurry.

I would use mobile.co.uk again because the deals are great but they did let me down big time for my daughters birthday when they promised to deliver the next day and they didn't but they assured me it's a one off be interesting to find out how many Others it happens too

Your website needs contact details so that once a consumer purchases a product they can have the guarantee favtor as my iphone didnot have its original box n i was put off

Ordered two phones, one arrived and told i was not allowed two contracts with vodaphone in the same name. So i ordered the second phone again, but in my husbands name. We were then asked to contact mobiles.co.uk to verify some details at which point they said that my husband was rejected by the credit check and that it wasnt anything to do with them. I got in touch with experian and my husband has a rating of 999 therefore should be no problems. Ordered the second phone again, same problem again, however explained to mobiles.co.uk this could not be the case as the credit rating is fine, at which point they started blaming vodaphone. Spoke to vodaphone, no credit check had been done through them as mobiles.co.uk do the sell the airtime themselved and do credit check themselves, the lovely lady at vodaphone ran a check through vodaphone to make sure and my husband passed straight away. Explained this to mobiles.co.uk which fell on deaf ears as the customer service is so poor and the staff seem incapable or looking into anything further. Also ended up with phone bill of £15 after making all the calls to.mobiles.co.uk to sort this out. Only helpful person in the call centre is daniel, who we couldnt always speak to.

I ordered the Iphone 6S in Gold on a Vodafone contract, but they were unable to ship to my address as it's student accommodation and therefore had to collect it from my nearest carphone warehouse. When I went to the shop I found a better deal and returned the phone and within a week received my money back. However after a month vodafone charged me for the contract and said that mobiles.co.uk had not cancelled the contract. I have rang several times and both companies blame each other saying it has not been cancelled on the other end, I am yet to receive my money back.

Phone was as described, however I ordered it with next day before 12pm delivery and they had no record of this, claiming it only went through as next day before 7pm, despite multiple emails confirming the order.

Great deals HOWEVER you literally hound people with phone calls, you agree something with one adviser but nothing goes onto the system to stop other advisers ringing you over and over. No need for the aggressive sales techniques when you have great deals to give it just puts people off!!

Ordered phone and it arrived with no problems, DPD delivery was great. However, My partner ordered an phone which showed as being "in Stock" on the website. She paid for the phone but on the due delivery day received an email from Mobiles.co.uk to say that actually they didn't have the phone in stock. They would not confirm when the phone would be back in stock and a week later we still have no phone nor any indication of when we will receive it. Do not trust the website as far as stock levels go as we were misled in this instance.

Paid £7,00 for delivery before 10.30. The phone was delivered at 16.20. I am still waiting for a refund and apology. Instead of missing half a day from work I ended up wasting the whole day. Everything else was as expected.

The original operator admitted, he had not listened to me, which resulted in sending me the wrong mobile, Customer services was great, but i still haven't received the new mobile and i have had very little communication

Got my new iphone 6s only to find itvwas faulty and didnt work properly, then have to wait three days for it to be collected and a further two days after that before i get me replacement so not very happy!

1st time using mobiles was brilliant, 2nd time trying to buy s7 online it wouldn't let me, told them I tried for over 2 hours, they said maybe I'm typing my bank details wrong. Over 400 people had the same problem. 3 weeks later mobiles phone me and asked do want an upgrade, phone arrived the next day.
