Disappointing that I cannot transfer my phone number to the contract you have sold me especially as it was something I particularly asked about prior to taking out this contract as I was already with EE. I now have to transfer my number to another provider and then port it back to EE - frustrating beyond belief.

I thought the deal was reasonable but I entered a different delivery Address to then be told I couldnt add one so had to get delivered to the local shop (which is fine). I also didnt get my fiver cashback which is disappointing.

Best price I found on a contract. Goods exactly as described plus easy to swap networks. However they charged me £7 for a 10.30 next-day delivery which did not arrive until 1pm. It's virtually impossible to get to speak to anyone to discuss the matter.

It was simple to see what deals were available and to order, and the phone was dispatched quickly and efficiently. But it was not easy to find out what the cashback deal requires of me.

My phone arrived promptly with great communication. The delivery was within the window stated. My issue is with the Mobiles.co.uk login area. What is this nonsense whereby you have to request a code each time you need to log in ? Apparently it's for customer safety and privacy. Really ? Its a phone company not MI5.

Issues with getting the right contract i asked for but was sorted out in the end rather quickly. Offered other packages in the mean time that were a lot more expensive which wasn't very appealing.

Over the telephone a woman at the call centre spoke way way too fast when going through terms and conditions, she was clearly reading a script and didn't care about the service I was receiving as a individual customer. I felt mislead after I tried to return my phone via website but it said I would simply be unable to if I unboxed the phone. The lady on the phone said I could return within 14days if the phone was undamaged. Different messages

Had to ring several times because I wasn't able to place my order online and then to get my email address corrected. Wasn't sorted when it was meant to be. Staff very courteous though

Overall service was good. Card was declined and took a few phone calls to sort it out which was a bit worrying. But phone was delivered promptly with no problems. And had a good deal.

The order and subsequent email communication was excellent but delivery by dpd was less so. I've only just moved into my building and the buzzer to my flat is not working. On the email form there was no option to leave delivery instructions so on the day the driver obviously couldn't use the buzzer but he didn't try to phone me so I missed the delivery. I then had to go to the depot to pick it up instead. (as its not really convenient to work from home and I don't know my neighbours yet). This really wasn't that convenient because the local depot was not that local, and the postcode on the email was wrong. So no real issue with mobiles.co.uk but experience with affiliated courier would be enough to persuade me not to order online again.

Very quick delivery and excellent item. BUT if you need to speak to anybody in person be prepared to meet the minimum cost of 13p per minute and to make matters worse your first minute is spent going through the options before being told the last customer waited 8 minutes. Not being Mobile Phone Specialists on ordering asked to keep old number and for the first 24 hours after delivery did not realise you are given a temporary number which you have to sort out with your provider. So 2 days after delivery and many phone calls to EE we now have a good working phone.

The initial ordering of the phone was great ordered Sunday and got phone Monday however sim did not work and after care from E E has been poor took another 4 days to get my sim but had to get to a store to resolve and they were really rude and unhelpful in the store. Will think twice about ordering a phone online again.

As always with Carphone Warehouse nothing goes perfectly. The website failed to request bank details so Mobiles .co.uk had to call me to sort out the problem.

We wanted to order 2 phones in my wife's name, first phone went through fine, the second however did not, after several attempts of re-order via the call centre and promiced call backs, the last operator said you can only order a phone every 3 months, so I had to put it in my name.If I knew this earlier I might have gone with someone else. However both orders when approved were dispatched promptly.

I ordered a galaxy s5 which was supposed to come with a free gift I choose a TVs but as yet nothing ...happy with the phone and the speed of delivery though
