The site was great and the prices were fantastic. Delivery was fast. BUT... When I bought the phone I was asked my marital status and, despite it being a DECADE since civil partnerships were created for same-sex couples, the option was not in the drop down list. I would have scored the service five stars but something so small leaves a very sour taste. I'm sure you've heard of gay couples; don't make us invisible. It's a shame because the thing I've been saying to my friends about the service is "Can you believe that they still didn't have 'civil partnership' as an option in 2015?!. Thanks for the phone - please sort out the discrimination. Thanks

To be honest my phone arrived on time I supposed to wait a more than 48 hours for my sim card to be activated but if you try to call the customer services better don't there r bloody expensive almost 1£ per minute and they don't have a live chat that's the worst thing anyway on the end let's say I was happy :)

I cannot review performance because I have not received the 'phone yet. This has not stopped Mobiles sending me four requests to complete a review, or the sending of other 'no reply' emails, which is equally as annoying. I spoke to the customer services team though, and they were very helpful. Just be prepared for emails you cannot reply to.

I took phone with ee network and hardly can use my phone as l never got signal. Signal box l was thinking is soliution but l was wrong.

Still having trouble with the signal sometimes there is a lot of interference and people have to call back on the home phone ???? Even callers on the same network is terrible. But the phone itself is fine .

Hello Kathryn Thank you for your review. It’s disappointing to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your signal when at home. You can check your coverage by visiting your network providers website and entering your postcode. I tried to contact you by phone but unfortunately you were unavailable to talk. If the signal is good in your area then there may be an issue with your handset. If you’ve had the phone for more than 4 weeks, I’d kindly recommend that you visit your local Carphone Warehouse store for some technical assistance. Hard sell online retailer. They called a few times to ask me to upgrade which was quite useful anyway. The salesperson was quite helpful and patient overall, however after I've selected a phone he wanted me to buy phone insurance and forced me to listen to about 5 minutes of sales materials (that he insisted that I have to listen, which I didn't). The phone arrived the next day so they seem very quick. They offer 14-day product return however I seem to have to pay for the postage myself!

Was really worried wen I read all the bad reviews because I'd already applied for the phone.. but so far so good. Phone worked straight away sim worked straight away fast delivery. Although I don't like how the delivery man shoved it through the letter box. I sat and waited for delivery and he didn't even rap the door. Box was a bit dented but phone was OK. they need to work on there website because signing into you're account is awful and I can't change my number in my account because it won't send me the certification code.

I only gave you a normal review because I had a mixed experience .... 1. The order process online was very smooth and quick to complete .... But on the downside you debited my card the wrong amount ..... £50 too much ..... What With 2 days to pay day ..... Not the best thing to happen :(( 2. On the positive side the chap I spoke too was very helpful and organised a refund . The phone and tariff both excellent ..... So as I said at the start a very mixed experience ! An honest reviewer :)

Service was fine except I was given some wrong info. I was told I could not port my phone number to my new iPhone 6 and that I needed to buy a sim from another network and then port back to EE. This was incorrect as you can port from Orange to EE. I was also advised that I needed to give Orange 30days notice, this was also incorrect. So I could have been saved a phone call to Orange if your advisor had been more knowledgeable. I hope this helps improve your service to other customers.

The process was good however DFD failed to deliver on Wed saw a van go pass apparently we were not in our office we were we have no idea where the calling card has been left after you re arranging for thursday and I also gave two tel nos as we felt the van was not coming down the correct road from 1 45 until 3.05 I had someone outside working and at no time did a van visit and no phone call made to me I am still without a phone but cannot deal with delivery errors Pat Jones

New iphone 6s with Vodafone contract is a good deal so happy with that. Arrived as promised next day. Problem started with activation of sim. It simply didn't. So after much unhelpful advice from Vodafone I rang mobiles.co.uk who's customer service was excellent to be fair. New sim ordered and that arrived next day. Then got call from same mobiles.co.uk person as I spoke to day before to say they had activated sim with Vodafone manually. Later that day it did finally activate. So in fairness this was probably a Vodafone issue and mobiles.co.uk dealt with it well. However needing the phone to be up and running by a particular day is now not possible as the porting of my number won't complete by the necessary day, it would have done had this all run smoothly! So have to make other plans temporarily. Five star had this not happened.

I got a good deal, however not everyone is up to date with technology. I didn't really get any info on what I had said I was looking at getting or advice on the more up to date range in phones , felt like a quick sell . Phoning for the exchange line was a night mare at 13 p a minute as I was on the phone for nearly 30 mins then had to hang up. Paying the special delivery back worked out expensive when it wasn't really my fault it needed to be cancelled , if I had been advised better on the first sales call . Cancelling everything was easy enough once I got through .

This was my third contract with mobiles.co.uk and the previous twice I had a phone call when close to the end of my contract. This didn't happen this time and as a result I am having to pay for a while on my old contract as well as my new one. The service throughout my contract was very good and so was the person I spoke to when taking out a new contract.

The service, delivery etc were excellent but I encountered what I consider to be a serious problem. I wanted to transfer the number on my existing phone to my new phone but could not find any mention on the website on how to do this. I would assume that nowadays most people have an existing number that they wish to transfer so it is difficult to understand this omission. At the very least you should have an up-to-date phone number to call (which was not the case on O2's website) and a link to the website of the service provider. An explanation of the process and how long it should take would also help.
