The initial ordering of the phone was great ordered Sunday and got phone Monday however sim did not work and after care from E E has been poor took another 4 days to get my sim but had to get to a store to resolve and they were really rude and unhelpful in the store. Will think twice about ordering a phone online again.

As always with Carphone Warehouse nothing goes perfectly. The website failed to request bank details so Mobiles .co.uk had to call me to sort out the problem.

We wanted to order 2 phones in my wife's name, first phone went through fine, the second however did not, after several attempts of re-order via the call centre and promiced call backs, the last operator said you can only order a phone every 3 months, so I had to put it in my name.If I knew this earlier I might have gone with someone else. However both orders when approved were dispatched promptly.

I ordered a galaxy s5 which was supposed to come with a free gift I choose a TVs but as yet nothing ...happy with the phone and the speed of delivery though

Really good price, they did take the money out twice, but really helpful when I rung them up. Phone came really quickly. The phone was really easy to order, and pay for.

Towards the end of my contract I received two emails from my nominated Customer Services Representative. It promised "access to exclusive deals for you as an existing customer of Mobile Phones Direct". Unfortunately he could not match what was currently on the open market and did not have the authority to better the deal from one of your competitors. The conversation was pleasant enough, although a bit toothless. The representative knew exactly which deal I mentioned but was unable to match or improve on it. Shame.

It would be a lot better if my network stopped going down and when I try and register my phone on my network it's saying my network not available and it's not the network cause my PAYG phone is on the same network and that works fine.

The transaction was a normal one once i got to the website. There was nothing different that really stood out compared to other online retailers. I was directed to this website via USwitch. When i tried to get the same deal directly from the website, I was unable to ! Shopping around using a comparison site is still recommended.

I was overall very excited to receive my I-phone 6. The only things I were 3 things. I was disappointed with were considering I was paying £31 a month which is a lot for me, being my 1st smart phone that I did not come with a manual, ear phones, manual & sim removal pin. It was a reconditioned phone I know but still; customer presentation? I love the phones looks and useability but the battery life is bad, use photos and you're lucky to get through a day! Lastly it's impossible to get insurance on you're camera cover but hey it's an apple. Lastly I do love it but it's scary if I break,lose or it's stolen I still have to pay the tensing contrast that could be 20 months. Thanks Kirk P.s. Mobiles phones.uk service was good, fast delivery. P.P.S. Should have free gift included ????

My experience was very mixed. First to acknowledge is that the price for my iphone 6s contract package, after application of the special XMAS150 discount, was the best I found. However, completing the online purchase form was painful with several attempts because the system did not like my answers. It was also unclear how to retain my existing mobile number. In the event, it failed and I was issued with a new mobile number when the SIM arrived. The delivery process was excellent with both text and email notifications of the courier's impending arrival. Then things turned bad again. On contacting O2 to rectify the SIM problem as suggested in the acompanying leaflet, I could not understand the heavily accented (foreign?) assistant. It took numerous repeats to become undestood and I think she arranged for my original mobile number to be applied to the new SIM. I also queried a bill which had already arrived by email for £35 not the £31 per month I was expecting. She tried to explain that the extra £4 represented a pro-rata for the days between ordering on 31 Dec 15 and receipt of the phone on 4 Jan 16. It can not be right that a customer pays for something which they have not yet received. Furthermore, I was still paying for my original phone and tariff for those 4 days so in effect being double billed. Setting up the phone was a nightmare and took nearly all day to upload via my pc the configuration and content of my old iphone 4. It took two long calls with Apple suppport, the second being over 1 and 3/4 hours. This was primarily due to my using itunes on a Windows pc but nonetheless, I would not yet have a functioning phone had I not been off work that day to dedicate the time. Lastly, my old phone lost service in the evening of 4 Jan 16 but the new one was still operating on the wrong number as supplied with the new SIM. Thankfully, as I write on Tue 5 Jan 16, my new phone is now working with my original mobile number. It remains to be seen whether the billing will be correct - namely, will my old contract be ceased and will the new one be debiting the right amounts? So, in summary a mixed experience. For their part, Mobiles.co.uk need to improve the front end application form or attach explanatory notes because it was not clear, particularly in respect of keeping my old mobile number.

The length of time taken to answer the phone is shocking. The first time it was over 20 minutes. Salesman said he would call me back. I received no call for about 5 hours. When I called back it took 38 minutes for my call to be answered. This is very poor customer service.

My first attempt to buy a phone from mobiles.co.uk was refused due to a failed credit check. I questioned the reason for this with the customer services dept who were helpful and provided follow up phone numbers for the service provider. I found a different deal on mobiles.co.uk with an alternative service provider. The phone arrived the next morning

I'd like to buy two mobiles (one for me and another for my wife). Unfortunately, Mobiles.co.uk just sold me one mobile as they told.. they've denied my credit check. I can't understand that. Mobiles.co.uk seems to have their own credit check, but at the end they put the problem away and blamed the network operator for credit check fail.
