I requested my wish to exchange my iPhone with a Samsung firstly but was informed I would have to exchange for another iPhone model. In your invoice it didn't explain this to be the case. I'm now having to keep hold of a phone for two years I don't particularly like.

Due to the IPhone being on a different plan to Android we are unable to exchange from and iPhone to a Samsung. IPhones can only be exchanged with other iPhones. Happy with the service RE. My phone but the offer includes a free iPad 4 mini which I have not received despite being told it would arrive yesterday or today but have had no correspondence from dpd!!! I have phoned3 times now and very annoyed with the situation ! Louise Stanley

The gift is sent by a third party company and is usually received within 72 hours from when the handset is delivered. They use the courier DPD who will send a text message in the morning of delivery to narrow the delivery time down to within an hours’ time slot. The service with was great it just disappointing that they are let down by the delivery company that they use, 5 days later and I am still waiting on my delivery arriving!

Sales team friendly and quite helpful. The phone I received was a different colour to the one I ordered which was disappointing. The call to the sales team I expected to cost around £0.10 per minute but as I called in from a mobile it was actually £0.45 per minute (which was not clear) and cost me over £7.00 which was a bit of a shock. Their deals are very good compared to the competition. Just make sure you order online or call from a landline and asked them to double check the item colour to minimise the risk of an unexpected bill.

After swearing I would never use mobile.co.uk again several years ago when they wouldn't pay my cash back as they claimed they didn't receive the bills I sent them. I have folded and used them for a new contract but only because it was not a cash back deal. Be very wary of those as they will do anything not to pay. This time my only issue was the delivery did not turn up until three days after the date it was first notified as delivered but I was still charged from the original delivery date despite me not having the phone. I was also not notified that my delivery had been cancelled so had to wait in two full days and I had to chase them to find out why it hadn't turned up

Was very happy with the service received - I was assisted by a team of friendly staff whenever I called. However I am disappointed with the delay in delivery time - ordered the handset on Monday, item arrived on Friday. Thank you for all the help regardless.

The deal and phone i got are great. Only problem was that the first time my details were sent through to EE, who I am already with, it got declined because Mobiles.co.uk got my house number wrong. When I contacted them they said I would have to contact EE. Found this a bit odd as EE didn't get my house number wrong, so did EE. I had to contact Mobiles.co.uk again to get it sorted out by someone who knew what thy were doing. Got sorted in the end though and my daughter is very happy with her phone.

Easy to order plus fast delivery but charged me wrong amount for phone and have to wait 14 days for refund which wasnt my fault

Everything seem straight forward on the website and was delivered on time. bUT so far my number has failed to pac over and it's over 6 days now so very unhappy as I can't get through to either Mobiles . Co. U.K. Or EE

brilliant price but became a little too good to be true , got my number from o2 to port my number , went onto mobiles website could not get intouch with customer services unless i paid 13p per minute and we all know how they string their calls out, i just found that for a new client/customer that was using the same network o2 , the change over was made harder than need be, you see most companies have a website but few have a very friendly website, i took a picture of the screen that said my number had been ported , but it had not been so i got intouch with 02 and they are sorting things out for me as i said great price but not a good web experience for me , must try harder

The delivery timing was good and time spent processing order. However i don't rate service to be all that high as I encountered few distresses in getting my handset but the customer service was good. Shout out to Shirwa

Like others after reading reviews online of mobiles.co.uk concerned that getting a cheap mobile would be too good to be true. The mobile did arrive but like others have fared it appears my mobile number has been sold on as within 1 day had missed call from someone trying to contact me about missold ppi. Just a warning for others of what to expect. Shame as service was good enough just not happy about my new number appeared to have been sold on.

Ordered online initially, which all went smoothly until informed via email that there were some address issues. Contacted by phone and was told by sales team that details had to be re-entered using validation link/code. This also failed , so had to recontact via phone again. Eventually discovered that Mobiles.co.uk wouldn't sanction use of a business address, which was frustrating as a lot of time could have been saved in the first place, had this been known and the fact that the phone was being purchased for business use. Put the order through using personal details and phone was then dispatched promptly.

I was able to get a good deal through you guys but not very impressed with the customer service. Received my phone in the expected time frame however it was faulty. When speaking to your call centre they seemed unwilling to help and did not seem to care about it understand my position. (Without a phone for up to 5 days due to bank holiday). After visiting a Carphone Warehouse store I was given a replacement immediately. This service was exemplary and saved what could have been a horrible experience.

Phone's good when it works! As it was a 'refurbed' phone it arrived in a anonymous box with no instructions. Phone missed its promised 24 hour delivery. Phone seized up after only 24 hours use, but got it reset via helpful on-line Samsung help desk. Jury still out.
