Its ok, wasnt sure about what will happen next as l did not get delivery options at check out. But once l got emails from supplier it was clear. Good

I got a good deal, however not everyone is up to date with technology. I didn't really get any info on what I had said I was looking at getting or advice on the more up to date range in phones , felt like a quick sell . Phoning for the exchange line was a night mare at 13 p a minute as I was on the phone for nearly 30 mins then had to hang up. Paying the special delivery back worked out expensive when it wasn't really my fault it needed to be cancelled , if I had been advised better on the first sales call . Cancelling everything was easy enough once I got through .

This was my third contract with mobiles.co.uk and the previous twice I had a phone call when close to the end of my contract. This didn't happen this time and as a result I am having to pay for a while on my old contract as well as my new one. The service throughout my contract was very good and so was the person I spoke to when taking out a new contract.

The service, delivery etc were excellent but I encountered what I consider to be a serious problem. I wanted to transfer the number on my existing phone to my new phone but could not find any mention on the website on how to do this. I would assume that nowadays most people have an existing number that they wish to transfer so it is difficult to understand this omission. At the very least you should have an up-to-date phone number to call (which was not the case on O2's website) and a link to the website of the service provider. An explanation of the process and how long it should take would also help.

Good and efficient service when ordering. Delivery arrived on time. Unfortunately the refurbished phone was faulty and had to be returned. Return off the phone handled well. Second delivery was later than originally advised. Overall I lost a week's use of the phone. But I have been promised a partial refund via cheque - still to arrive

Good buying experience and good website. Post purchase experience was not good. Poor delivery experience - not the fault of mobiles.co.uk, but reflects on their service. Poor after sales website with poor navigation, conflicting information and overall poor user experience. Customer support response good but ineffective and contradictory of information on website.

Although I found your customer service team really friendly and helpful, your performance was hampered by the diabolical performance of the delivery service DPD who did not even attempt to deliver my package on the day and when paid (by you) to do a special delivery on the next day......it arrived 6 hours after the premium time slot. Their response to my complaint was an email stating that the parcel had been delivered (yes...a day late) and with no apology whatsoever. My older daughter changed her mind about ordering from your site because of this. You are losing customers because of them.

The initial response to my order was very prompt but the phone delivered had a fault. From reporting the fault it has taken 5 days for the phone to be collected for exchange. I was told it would be 2 days. The exchange phone is supposed to come 2 days after this but I'm not holding my breath. In saying this it seems to be the delivery company is the problem.

Said I entered my security code with a number missing twice!! and had to call them at 13p per minute to fix it then charged 1p to do a security check. I entered the correct security code, all they wanted was to get more money out of me.

Scant information and wrong information led me to believe I could keep my very old t mobile number on a Mobiles.co.uk provided new EE pay as you go contract. NOT SO! And now I am in Greece still without my EE contract details, I cannot access my EE contract to see if my new number has roaming etc has been switched on. My possible mistake will be someone's answer but a new iPhone 6 was meant to be a joyous move from the iPhone 4. I cannot find ANY email address for help from either EE or Mobiles.co.uk and NO help from EE because I cannot access my EE account because I have not received anything from EE YET.

My contract with O2 was coming to an end after 2 years so I was looking for a new deal. I phoned Mobiles and was told that I could take out a new deal with Vodaphone with cashback but that was all that was available, nothing with O2. They said if I wanted to cancel my O2 contract I would have to contact O2 direct. I then found a new Huawei phone on your web site with O2 and cashback. When I spoke to O2 they were very helpful and said that Mobiles could have moved the number and changed everything to the new contract for me. I wondered why the deal including the new phone is cheaper than upgrading the exiting contract.

All seemed fine although when I open the box the Quickstart guide was missing as was the key to open the Sim card drawer. I used my wife's key which meant this wasn't an issue but not ideal. Possibly a returned phone?

The person the phone was helpful and the phone arrived on time. I activated the phone on Saturday but am still waiting for a service. It seems a long time to activate the network. Why is that? Also had I got it from at phone Warehouse I would have it a free cover. Also I have as yet not had any paperwork regarding my contract. Why is that?

Dpd provided a poor service. They failed to deliver my parcel on several occasions when promised. I am very pleased with my phone however incredibly disappointed with the Provided a poor service. They failed to apologise for the inconvenience they caused me. Impressed with mobiles but not their choice of delivery company.

The website and service were pretty much as one would expect when purchasing a new phone. I had occasion to call customer service. The series of menus was annoying and clearly designed to run up call charges for them (but they all do that, don't they?) bu customer services were helpful when finally contacted.

Ordering was quick and easy. The delivery company however were less than adequate. It was three days late, the tracking system did not work, when it was 2 days late we requested for the package to be delivered on a certain day as we were not going to be in the house but they tried to deliver it the following day. They left a card with nothing ticked to say what the driver had done with the parcel giving me more work to try and trace it down. I had emailed mobiles.co.uk who responded promptly and chased it up as well. My issue certainly wasn't with them but the delivery company.

Phone delivered ok. Changing my old number with O2 took 3 days. Then O2 billed me 370 pounds for an early termination fee by mistake. Have to wait until my 2nd bill to be credited back the money. Mobile.co.uk should offer upgrade deals. Could of saved all the hassle I have had with O2.

I cannot fault the communication either by text, Emil or phone calls that I have had with this company. The phone I bought, however, was faulty hence the lowish score. DPD collected it on time today and I await the arrival of a functioning phone. If the phone had worked I would have given 5 stars.
