phone was fine but dpd gave me a time slot of 1213 -1313.there was someone home at this time but email I received told me they tried at 1130.had to reschedule delivery for 2 days later to insure someone was in all day.then found out you are billed from the time parcel is sent out....3 days lost.

Overall, the service was good and the staff that I dealt with were friendly and helpful. However, I couldn't get the contract that I wanted because Vodafone couldn't do a credit check on my address (it's rural but not wilderness!). In spite of receiving reassurance on a number of occasions that I would receive a text message on the appointed day with a time slot for delivery, I neither received a text nor received the phone on the correct day. It turned up a day later with no warning. I emailed mobiles.co.uk to ask what was happening and they did not reply to my email. Whilst the sales part of my experience was fine, the actual execution was poor.

deals excellent. customer service excellent. website excellent. delivery exception. However the returns policy expressed on the website, by phone and email are all inconsistent. It is not made clear enough on purchase that you have to pay to have the phone returned by Special Delivery if you choose to not keep the phone. I'd go as far as to say that it is ambiguous enough to make you think that you do not have to pay for returns. I am going to write a separate complaint to this effect as well.

A little confusing how you can buy a refurb phone which is not in stock.. Then never really know when you are going to get it... When they do come back in stock.. You still might not get it.. Yet other people can buy one!! All very strange.. But we got there in the end!

The deal, the website and delivery were all excellent. The problem comes if you have a question and want to speak to someone. Then you wait a long time and pay 10p per minute.

First phone was faulty. Had to send it back then wait for them to receive it before they shipped another out. The process took over a week, during which I was paying for my contract which I wasn't able to use.

Had to phone up a few times to get a quiet time ( some of the queues were 15 minutes plus to get answered! ) after a call back to talk about my upgrade never happened. But once I managed to speak to someone it was quite smooth.

I ordered the mobile and then changed my mind. I called the Company and cancelled which seemed quite straightforward. I refused the item when delivered and did not sign anything although the driver wanted a signature !!!!!! I have now received a bill from O2 for something I never had. Not very good.

The problem with this company they do not provide a telephone number to contact them for any query..For example I purchased a refurbished mobile with 24 month contract but it did not say the mobile is unlocked BUT say all our new mobiles are unlocked, I did not purchase a new one so I did not know the answer..I waited till I received the mobile and decided if it was locked on one network then will return..Luckly it was unlocked so I kept..Why they do not provide a contact number?

Got a great deal with this phone getting a free ps4 the phone does what it's meant to do make phone calls and text battery life is amazing don't expect to much great phone if you need a second phone for work because it's sturdy

Phone came with a crack in screen. Very pleasant girl in customer care ,which always helps. I returned phone next day to be signed for which Lorna has said I should be re-in bursed for. No phone yet 3 days but this does include weekend. Will give feedback score when it arrives, hopefully perfect this time.

Phone arrived quickly but opened package to find the phone box seal had been broken. Customer services to begin with told me it was a clearance phone which meant a customer had returned it within the 14 day return period but when I explained I had ordered and paid for a brand new phone suddenly the story changed and it was new but had been the one chosen on the pallet to be opened and checked. Im not convinced.......and other reviewers seem to paint a picture or ALOT of these checks been made!! Feel I probably was a little ripped off for a 'clearance' phone however it is as new and ive had no problems. Still waiting for them to confirm my cashback through quidco though.
