PROS They have a good range of phones with a good range of free gifts. Phones and gifts are sent with full tracking info (Mine came via DPD) CONS As they charge 1p to your card, some banks decline the payment as they see this as people "testing the water" to check a card is valid. You won't know until you get an email a couple of hours later, asking you to login and rectify the issue, or call customer services. When you need ask a question or have an issue, you can either phone them up at 10p per minute !! OR send an email and wait 2 days for a reply.

So far delivery has been great, gave me an hour slot which meant I didn't have to stay in all day. My son is very happy with his new phone. Would recommend this company This is the second phone I've ordered from mobiles.uk, first was great experience second so far very poor. I've had a bill for the month and I only received the phone later that day. Hadn't even got the phone! Delivery was poor. Same time slot for the last two delivery tries at school pick up time. Had been in all day waiting too!!!! All in all wasn't impressed

I have had no issues but one. I have a free gift on my order and that still hasn't came which is mainly why I have had the phone. Other than that phone came when it was stated. I was kept updated by email an text and I am happy with my phone overall. I have already contacted mobiles.co.uk via the website regarding my free gift but it has no reply yet. I shall be phoning to cancel my contract and be sending back the phone if my gift or my original order is not as promised. You don't go macdonalds and order a meal and only get your burger without the fries. Jensen the normal rating I would not have had the contract out if it wasn't for the gift that was meant to be coming with it. Thanks

I purchased an iphone5c on £18 a month contract. It said if I enter code iphone50 I would get £49.99 off the price. I couldn't find when ordering to enter the code so needless to say I was charged the £49.99. I sent an email on Friday 7th nov asking if there was a way the code could still be used. As yet I've not had a reply.

Ordered a Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini on a 24m contract with a deal that was much cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Ordered the phone on a Sunday and was initially offered delivery on the Tuesday, but got an email on the Monday saying they hadn't been able to process the order and would be in touch. I then didn't hear anything until Thursday, when I got another email saying the phone would be delivered on Friday which it was (although the 1 hour delivery window which had been mentioned would have cost more, which hadn't been made clear). In summary, I'm more than happy with the contract and phone, but they shouldn't make unrealistic delivery claims as it's a big inconvenience not knowing when the delivery is going to be made.

Used Quidco to get cashback otherwise I would've gone to Carphone Warehouse. My current provider couldn't match the deal so I chose this site. Order went through ok but it allowed me to choose a different delivery address to my billing address. This resulted in a problem and my phone didn't arrive. On the day it was meant to arrive I received emails and text messages saying to contact them and resolve the issue. I rang the number from my phone which cost me to resolve issue. Helpful enough, changed the address and said it should be delivered. 4 days later, no phone, no email. Called again at my expense, waited for over 10 minutes on hold. Spoke to someone and the phone should delivered next week. Hopefully the cashback is more than it cost me in calls but it wasn't a smooth transaction

Bought monthly contract phone but SIM card that included was pay as you go, I had to call O2 so many times why my phone can not swap. Because of that! After 1 weeks I am still using old phone.

After reading the webpage I expected next day service - instead I got an email saying my ordered could not be processed - but don't contact us - so spent 24 hours wondering if I was going to get my phone. The following day I got an email saying the order had been processed, but as it was Friday my phone was not delivered until the following Monday (although I have been billed for service from the day I ordered it!) I am very happy with the phone - but their communication could be improved.

everything goes fine until the network send you the price raise on your contract goes up,which not good they should mention this before you be committed to it,on a website.

Mobiles.co.uk did the job 100% as promised. The best price I could find anywhere. The reason I have given 3 out of 5 and not more was because despite the good price, the communication I received was slow and there is very little way to contact them. I ordered the phone on a Wednesday evening. I paid for the delivery upgrade (DPD by 10am) to have the phone delivered before I went to work on the Friday. They have 3 order statuses on their website, 1. Order submitted, 2. Details checked, 3. Order shipped. The status of my order remained in status 1. until after 5pm on Thursday. I was thinking if they haven't even checked my details yet, how am I going to get my phone before 10am? I tried to call, but they have no phone number. You can chat online, but only during business hours and when I tried that, I was number 42 in the queue. After waiting 15 minutes, still at 37 in the queue I gave up. But, to their credit, they did get the order to me on time and it was all as promised, at the best available price. I guess it's a trade off between price and telephone customer service. If price is more important to you than service, I recommend them. I am glad I used them. I will pay £5 less per month for the next 24 years by using their site with only a small amount of stress to show for it.

I have not received the phone due to delivery problems,can you ask the man to just leave it inside the door it's a small block of flats just ring any of the bells someone will open the door.Please pass this on to whoever is in charge of deliveries. thanks C.Saull

Have had a lot of problems trying to keep my existing phone number (as yet this has not happened). Was told I would be asked for PAC code during checkout, have never been asked for PAC code and am now worried I'm stuck with a new number I don't want.

Having been advised when I ordered the iPhone 5s it was out of stock and would be advised accordingly, I did receive it 3 days later but it was black & grey opposed to the gold and white one I initially ordered. However I decided to keep the black one as I didn't want to waited any longer. It would've been nice to have received an apology letter explaining why the different colour.

Good value but let down by a frustrating website which did not allow all the functionality that emails suggested. A poor chat service which is oversubscribed and forces the customer to use the premium-charged phone line.

Good phone and deal. Customer services however I found to be very blunt and quite rude with an issue I had with the phone. Also phone cannot be delivered to a delivery address that is different to your billing address which is very inconvenient. This is the second time Ive used this company now but I must say the service was considerably better first time round.

I believe I was mislead into expecting my telephone would get 4G. I cannot access the original advert but am pasting a description of the deal below: " 24-month contract with 'O2 O2 4G iPhone £28 1GB 24m' on a basic monthly line rental of £28 per month" I'm sure the description of the iPhone 5 said it was '4G ready' and the contract attached to it is for 4G. But it turns out that the telephone and the provider are incompatable for 4G! Why mention 4G at all when it is not possible? I will be following this up as I do not think this was made clear at all, in fact it was extremely misleading.

I am getting constant emails about feedback before I've recieved the phone. I have also had a bill from O2 before I've recieved the phone?! I am being charged from the day I applied for the contract, instead of the day I recieved it. In effect, I am being charged for something I've not got and can not yet use?! It was, however, a good deal. I will reply to the email about reviewing the handset when I actually receive it!
