Am happy with the phone but did not realise I had to phone before I left UK to use my phone abroad was with 3 for 10years and it automatically changed net work so I had to buy a new phone and sim card to phone home so am very disappointed yours june Tozer

Phone came on time. Cashback wasn't what I'd expected and feel 'cashback redemption' is mis-sold - wasn't expecting for it to take 2 years and lots of faffing to actually get the cashback. Wouldn't have gone through them otherwise. Won't be again, or recommending them that's for sure.

web-site good and phone deal straightforward. Phone arrived promptly. Only problem was there were no instructions on how to transfer an existing phone number from another network.

I had some problems with my order, but the phone came to me before Christmas. I propose to improve cooperation between the departments of the company, because I was fooled when one department informed me that the phone is not on sale and I chose another, and the next section passed me a message that the phone is already on its way to me. It was unpleasant, especially before Christmas.

When i purchased this mobile phone the only information i had from you was that i would pay 19.20 for the ist month and then 18.00 thereafter, so when the phone arrived ,i paid out 19.20 straight away and then looked on your website to see how i could start to pay it by direct debit but there wasn't any guidance or instructions on how to do this,so i spoke to an advisor online and they gave me a number so that i could speak to an actual person, he told me that i have already got an direct debit set up and payment would be taken on the 21st of December so that means that i have paid out twice this month all because of not having clear instructions in the first place. So could you please rectify this and make the instructions and guidance more clearly and understanding in the future Thankyou

Service was good but i'm still waiting o her how I claim my £180 redemption which makes me suspicious that they make the process complicated hoping you can't be bothered to claim !

I was kept informed about status of order on a daily basis only one slight problem I was sent an email asking for me to contact as there was a problem with my debit card. I knew that there couldn't possibly be a problem and I was put on hold only to be told that it must have been a typing error on your behalf,at the cost 11mins at 10p per minute not the sales operators fault but not amused.

On the web site it said the phone I ordered was in stock, but as soon as the confirmation email came through minutes after I placed the order it said it had been out our stock for a while and was awaiting new stock to come in. Meaning I have a nervous wait as it was only 4 weeks till Christmas and considered phoning up to cancel. But despite this problem as soon as stock hit the shelf it was dispatched and with me over the weekend.

The day after I placed my order, I received an e-mail saying that my bank/credit card details were invalid. I went to 'my account' and found that all the data relating to these that I had inserted during the order process had been erased. So, I re-inserted them all, but my order then appeared to stall. I waited 2 days, wondering whether or not the 'bad' reviews that I had read were justified, and then contacted Mobiles.co.uk by e-mail: my order was then processed and delivered within 36 hours. So, after a worrying 3 days, overall I rate my Mobiles.co.uk experience as normal....without the initial hiccup, the rating would have been very good.

Quick delivery, a better price over other competitors (and the chosen mobile operator) for the handset we wanted . Only minor problem was the box was slightly scruffy (possibly from the delivery process) and the protective film over the handset a bit messy as well - perhaps this was a return? So as this is a present I was a little disappointed with that but at the end of the day it's the phone itself. But won't know on that until Christmas day
