I waited for delivery information in the morning as I thought that I had arranged a pretty 10.30 delivery, as stated in my acknowledgement email. However, this was not done by the advisor, I had to drive to DPD's depot to collect, no ta good experience.

Their prices were better than anyone else's. Their service however was quite poor. I needed to order a couple of phones, but was unable to do so via the web, so had to phone up instead. They have a premium rate phone line, which makes it expensive to call. They promised on 2 separate occasions to call back, but failed to do so both times. If I could have got the same deal elsewhere, i wouldn't have ordered from mobiles.co.uk

Bought online then they emailed me asking to ring them to confirm some details. The number they provided costs 13p per minute, I was on hold for over 10 mins before I even spoke to anyone! When my call was finally answered the guy on the other end seemed to talk ALOT, it went beyond asking security questions and felt like he was trying to keep me panthers phone for as long as possible! My phone did arrive the next day as promised, just as well really as I didn't fancy another exensive 20 min call to them!

I found the service very good however, The initial page on Money supermarket said the upfront cost was £60 with a £10 discount at checkout. This did not happen, so would like to ask if this could be looked into. Thanks Mrs S Gray

A little deceiving that I was told how easy it was to change over my existing number to My new phone. But got told by my provider it a long winded process. A pain as I work long hours

Hello Lisa, I’m sorry to hear you’ve had issues porting your number. Some networks have restrictions which can prevent existing customers from transferring their numbers onto the same network. Many people are able to keep number by porting out then back into the network using a ‘Pay as you go’ SIM on a different network. Nice fone, but no wifi calling so had to send back costing me £7+ plus being without fone for 5 days. Vodafone crap network! Will see if still got problem when phone arrives back.

IT IS VERY CONVENIENT TO GET MOBILE SERVICE FROM MOBILES.CO.UK, BUT IT IS ABSOLUTELY PAIN IN THE NECK TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF MOBILES.CO.UK NEEDS YOU, THEY WILL EMAIL ,OR CALL YOU, BUT IF YOU NEED THEM YOU HAVE TO PAY 13 PENS PER MINUTE TO JUST TALK TO THEM, AND THERE ARE NO EMAILING OPTIONS.

Couldn't order online because we had moved house in the last year and wouldn't let us put in 2 addresses. Had to call up and on hold for a bit. Phone delivered Tuesday 26th- waited 48hoirs for it to be connected- nothing. Rung up - adv they would have to contact o2 and it could be another 5 working days until I'm connected. Im currently without a phone for over a week! Not that happy.

Good price contract and quick delivery. Just not good in the processes. I found mobiles.co.uk through one of the comparison sites so didn't have too much contact with them. My new phone arrived next day though and I think I got a decent deal so happy enough. I did however have some confusion because I filled out the Deliver to a different address fields, as I thought I'd be in a different location the next day, but then I realised I'd be at home, so unchecked the "Delivery address is different to Billing address" box. However, my delivery still went to the other location. Not the end of the world but I was at home hanging by the front door, getting excited thinking it was the delivery man every time the wind blew! Also, I was never texted with my delivery slot, as I'd been promised, but I think that was DPD's issue, not mobiles.co.uk. Then when I tried to track my delivery there was no record of it. However, they should be more on top of that as it was a bit frustrating.

Happy with contract, upset that Vodaphone refused me, not your fault, What I really didn't like was the fact that when I got refused all I received was an email asking me to ring a premium rate number with no additional information. No information about the reason.

Excellent prices and all ok in the end but the poor communication (incl v expensive customer service line) leave you anxious about purchase. Sim swap with o2 was also not straightforward.
