Happy with the service from mobiles.co.uk however very unhappy with the courier firm they use next day delivery took 5 days!

Dealing over the internet is daunting but this company made things easy- only problem is the courier service and the link they sent hasnt yet allowed me to receive the goods. Depot only open to pick up from 9am -6pm how do you get your goods if you work?

Process was quick easy. Handset arrived working 24 hours. Would have giving 5 stars but my husband has been waiting over a week for his upgrade and there is no sign that any of the issues have been resolved or that the deal at the time can be honored

easy order process and quick next day delivery of my new phone. signed up to deal worth £34 a month and before my first bill arrived I was told my new carrier had put their prices up by an additional £1 per month. called mobiles.co.uk and they offered to refund me back £1 only, I know this is it if their control but they are still advertising the £34 a month deal. all in all I am happy with service but the extra costs are a concern.

Quick secure delivery, good discount on phones. Some details on what to do next re setting up your account or if you want to transfer your number etc would be handy in with the packaging but so far impressed with the phone and service. I liked getting the email updates on the order too.

I’m sorry to hear you are having issues transferring your old number to the new contract this process is dealt with by your network provider. I had the phone quick, then everything went down hill, I know it's not the fault of mobiles.co.uk, when the network causes more hassle, 3 days to port my number. Sadly i will reconsider using them to upgrade next time. (Only because of the network)

Very quick delivery but.....I thought I'd upgraded but actually I'd taken out completely new contract & it's extremely difficult to get my original number transferred to the new phone. Not happy about that.

Hello Michael, I'm sorry to hear that you received a new contract isn't of the upgrade you were expecting. When placing an order through our website, you have to choose the upgrade tariffs otherwise it will be a new contract. Everything started off great ordered my phone and arrived the next day , felt I got a good deal on the phone. But when I looked at my bank account I saw I had been overcharged for the phone and had to call up twice to get it amended but this will take 28 days for me to receive my refund which is far too long to say they took the money out the next day, so out of pocket overall and not impressed with that side of the company.
