“Very happy with my new iPhone and the speedy delivery. I have used Mobiles.co.uk for my last few upgrade although I tend to upgrade when my phones dies and not every year. I’ve just gone from IPhone 10 to 15 so my old refurb lasted 5 years. Mobiles.co.uk seem to have the best deals and happy with ID mobile’s coverage as well especially as I live in a rural area and signal is never the best.”

“In general I am satisfied with the deals but it does not seem to have any special offers for existing customers and therefore it is quite disappointing. Also I do not understand why they keep making new accounts to claim for cash back instead of using the previous accounts as it is concerning because the old accounts remains active which in my opinion against GDPR”
