“Easy to order on the website, iPhone 7 faulty when arrived but a phone call to Customer Services said they will replace in 5 days of receiving faulty one back. They arranged courier collection. Now awaiting my replacement phone,hope this one works! Emailed them as forgot to ask what happens with my phone payments in the meantime as I'm paying for a phone whilst I haven't got it & got an email back saying to ring them for compensation when I receive my replacement phone. Hopefully all will be well when everything is sorted but so far customer service has been fairly good & prompt.”

“Quick processing of on line order with no fuss. Only negative was I had to go into an o2 store to get a sim card that would work (previously had a direct contract with o2) as the simple card supplied by mobiles.Co. UK would not work”
