I ordered my phone last Thursday. They were meant to deliver it on Friday and I even received a delivery slot. However, the delivery driver has been going to the wrong address (now on 2 occasions!) even though when I placed the order with Mobiles.co.UK over the phone, they confirmed the address was a pharmacy shop and NOT a residential address (they did not however write this on the address they sent to the delivery company). It is now Tuesday and I still have not received my phone but have already been billed for my contract/line rental etc. I am extremely disappointed and still phoneless.

Faulty device. Without phone for 1 week due to exchange turn around over weekend. Still have no item and contract started already. Had to wait for collection of faulty product for full day as not given one hour time slot on day of collection.

The man I spoke to regarding my contract couldn't be bothered to do his job. Firstly I asked to change the delivery address and he said 'can't we just keep it to be delivered to your address otherwise I have to put your old address in' so to save argument I just said ok. It wasn't until after the phone call I thought how unprofessional that was. The lady I had spoken to previously said someone would call me back on the Friday to get my phone sent out for me on Monday. (No one called me on the Friday morning as told. I had to call you). I explained this to the man on the phone as he kept saying it'll be here within 3-5 working days and his reply was 'ok then it'll be with you monday'. He didn't apologise either that no one had called me. Obviously this isn't the job for him as he's lazy and clearly can't be bothered to do his job properly. The phone didn't turn up on Monday and we're still waiting.

It took two weeks to arrive after being promised it will only be a week, still haven't used my phone as I am waiting for customer services to listen to the calls as I'm being charged more than what I agreed! Apparently it takes 5 working days to get back to me. Quite frankly it's not acceptable!

My phone arrived very prompt but is locked and I am unable to use it. It just shows "Sim not supported" I have tried to ring you and email regarding this without any joy. I'm not a happy chappy. Ring me so that I can improve this review. 01772600551 Order number 87671024. Please rescue what I hope is your good name. Please Regards Angela Williams Thanks for my second phone. It arrived and I have set it up. I am becoming more upset with your service than "very poor" can say. You have now sent a phone which has a screen which is "very poor" to respond. Therefore I have now no phone which is operating and fit for the purpose. Please give me a call on 01772 600551. You are very difficult/imposable to get hold of by email. I hope we can rescue this very unsatisfactory situation.

I did not get the package that was agreed. I should have got 4gb of data and only received 2gb. I'm still waiting to get my plan sorted. I received another 1gb to find I have been charged £19.99. I am very unhappy about my experience with Mobiles.co.uk and would not recommend them to anyone.

Everything thing went erng with this order,was missold a phone tariff was not explained correctly costs far too much to cal customer service also very rude staff would never reccomend this company to anyone.

It is actually not the fault of Mobiles.co.uk, but rather DPD, the delivery company, whose driver has failed to notice the special instructions, and has therefore failed to deliver the phone, as a result, I'm still waiting for the phone, after almost all week.

I ordered a phone from you and a great price and very speedy service. The agreement I signed up to was to pay £50.00 upfront for the cost of the phone and a monthly fee. However i find out when I see my bank statement that you have charged me £50.01. It is only 1p but as far as I am aware I signed an agreement for £50.00 and not £50.01 and you have taken this money illegally from my account. You get charged for phone calls to your customer services which is very poor as well. I look forward to my refund. Be aware of what you sign up to and what they take from your account!!!

Phone arrived with somebody else's sim and contract allowance.hours of phoning between mobiles.Co. UK and Vodafone and getting nowhere fast.veryou frustrating that oneven week later and I still don't have MY sim and contract.terrible amatures.
