Firstly, my intital ordered wasn't placed correctly, by the first person I spoke to. Next I never received my phone by next day delivery, this was firstly due to the parcel not reaching the currier branch in time and the my parcel was lost by the currier. I was then told I had no other choice other than to wait for 5 days until the currier has decided if my phone was lost. I then decided I would cancel the contract and open up a new contract, which again, I should have received on next day deliver. I initially place my order on 12/12/16and didn't received my order until the 18/12/16 and this was only because I went out of my way to pick up the parcel. I spent 4 whole days waiting for a parcel that never came, all the while I had to take time off work.

this is my first complant I have called mobiles.co.uk 5 times and have been charges £47.00 by Vodafone I am waiting for a new sim each time I phone there is a 18 mins wait this is not good as I am only one week with mobile.co.uk can someone please phone me on 07830912112 to see want is going on with new sim I have made two payments to you one of £85 and the second payment of £65 and call charges £47 a total of £197 and only one week in with you.

Re order 89493964 I recently praised the speed of delivery on ordering an iPhone 6s for my daughter for xmas. Call me naive I did not open the box. On xmas day when my daughter opened her phone there was NO SIM CARD rendering the phone useless and one upset child. On reviewing the order summary there was also no £15 off voucher with the phone either. A very disappointed customer.

The phone arrived the next day but there the positives end. For 5days no calls and then my first bill from EE with a new number-I had given my 10 year old number to Mobiles, being led to believe I could keep it.5 hours on the phone to EE revealed that was untrue and that I had been 'misold' the deal by Mobiles. Ordered 2 phones but only received one as they cancelled the second with no reason why. E-mailed them to find out why but they did not give a reason.

Absolutely furious. There is a countdown clock saying "order within x time for next day delivery" I ordered on Friday and was told delivery was scheduled to Monday. I changed my delivery date to Wednesday and received an email confirming this. One day later I was told the delivery date had been changed to Tuesday without my consent. I was in both Tuesday and Wednesday and the phone still hasn't arrive, instead it is being held at the depot. I can either collect it or choose for it to be delivered this Friday- a FULL WEEK after I ordered it! So much for 1 day delivery- clearly a cheap tactic to make you panic buy! Will never buy from here again and will make sure everyone I know knows what a terrible experience I had.

Ordered 4 phones, got 1 told we did not pass credit check with network, then why I receive 1 of them, also been with that network for last 20 years with 15 odd business, then could not get through on the umpteent times a called

The web site allowed me to order two phones on Vodafone - one each for my daughters for Christmas. However only one was immediately approved. When I called I was told that the other would be approved later that day. I then received an email saying that it was rejected and it would not be dispatched. When I contacted them I was told that this was due to Vodafone not allowing one person to purchase two mobile phones/contracts in a 90 day period. Why did their website allow me to make the purchase and why didn't't their staff know this constraint! Very poor customer focus. I have now had to purchase different contracts with different benefits for my daughters not a thing that I like to do.

Delivery. Ordered it nearly a week ago it has been apperently attempted delivery three times yet it still hasn't been delivered. Try to change the delivery address but have to wait 30 minutes to get through and get charged per minute.
