Underhanded sales . Should have been a simple upgrade but your salesperson opened a new contract for me without permission. I refused delivery of the phone after contacting your team. DISGUSTING WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.

My first order neve arrived. I was fobbed off the phone when enquiringly with mobiles. But for the inconvenience they told me they'd waive my first months line rental by sending me a cheque. This was then challenged by a second person and i never received a cheque. My second (reorder) never turned up despite being told it was reordered, and I waited in all day for it. Turns out they never reordered it. Incompetent business that clearly lies to get customers off the phone.

Every thing... Firstly delivery gets returned... No call to ask y or what reason. When i called , they did not have an answer. Next they promised me that they will call be back in the evening after speaking to them​ pricing team. No call back.. I called back 2 day later... Apparently no notes left on the account.. couldn't solve my issue.. was promised a manager call back . It was me who was a fool who was waiting for the call. Phone not arrived after nearly two weeks tried to register to tell them n got timed out very frustrating would not recommend one bit tried to e mail them no reply this is the only way to complain

I have ordered iphone 7 plus 21th of march. But i have not received it yet. I called to the mobiles and dpd more than 6 times about what i ordered. No one say to me sorry even i have waited for my parcel until 10pm. Because delivery time was shown that it was 6am to 10pm by dpd app. Ant then i called to the dpd, they lost my parcel. But no message, no phone call to me. I called to the mobiles, daniel who is working on the custormer service department sorted out everything. I have some of contract by mobiles.co.uk but this is the worst exprience.

From the start my experience has been very poor. I ordered a phone for next day delivery (18/3) which was a Saturday only to be told it will not arrive till Monday 20/3 - not good enough when website advertises free next day delivery! Cancelled my order and requested the £100 I paid up front be returned. When I requested to speak to someone in authority in customer services I was told no one was available. Called back by escalation team on 20/3 who agreed with all my comments and following reassurance all would be sorted I agreed to reconsider, I was told that I would be kept informed what was happening which hasn't happened and I still have NO PHONE but have received a bill from EE starting from 18/3..............really not impressed so far.

I ordered a phone, it arrived as prompt as stated, but I found the phone sub standard and explained this to the staff Another phone was sent and the previous phone returned, the new phone had the same issue, I wondered if they just repackaged the same phone and sent it back to me. When I complained about this issue I was promised a different phone. This did no occur and the matter seems to have been for gotten about.

I purchased 2 phones, 1 for each of my children and despite passing credit checks for 2 handsets I was told I failed a security check and after phone calls and visits to CPW I was eventually told it was because I'd applied for more than 1 line with Vodafone. There was no offer of of help to sort it out or match the offer with a different provider but told nothing could be done. I eventually managed to purchase a similar offer by going directly to Vodafone, who had no problem with me having 2 lines! The deal was similar but no where near as good as the one I'd signed up to with mobiles.co.uk. There was no mention of this policy regarding 2 lines anywhere on the website or while I went through the purchase process. When I asked for help I was faced with 'computer says no'. Very distressing.

Free gift not sent. Mobiles.co.uk refused to send it. Contract cancelled but delivery still scheduled. Mobiles blamed me for the free gift not being sent claiming I had used their website incorrectly. Documented evidence sent to Advertising Standards Authority. Mobiles are a very bad supplier and I would recommend reading "Trustpilot" for a more genuine score of their services (rated 106 out of 122 companies, which is pretty awful)

Just to update you I returned the iPhone 6s labelled and packaged yesterday through DPD collection service. I was also informed in a phone shop this isn't brand new & actually refurbished, so again I was lied to I expect my £25:00 (upfront cost) refund asap Kind regards

My order was incomplete I have sent many emails which remain unanswered. As a company that deals in communication devices, their refusal to reply to any of my numerous emails is an indictment of the lack professionalism.

New new iPhone 6s arrived faulty. Rather than send out a new phone and deliver as they collect the faulty one, I've been waiting over a week for a replacement, despite being send a bill for the new contract!! Terrible service, misinformation and difficult to contact.

I specifically wanted an upgrade therefore wanted to stay with EE. I made it clear on original form with you that I wanted to keep my old number. I was told this was no problem. However once phone was sent I realised you had set me up with a new line with EE with a new number. It has been a very inconvenient and unnecessary process trying to sort this out. It has involved me having to get a PAC code from EE to transfer my old number into a PAYG o2 card. I have then had to charge up an o2 card and wait for number to be transferred. I have then requested a PAC code from o2 which I have given to EE. I now need to wait until next week for my original number to be assigned onto the new EE line you have set up. My issue is that EE have told me you were never in a position to upgrade my line and yet you have misled me. I am not disputing that the deal you have given me is very good however it has required a lot of hassle on the part of me the customer and currently I am paying for two lines; one with 02 and one with EE. At no point did your customer service advise me of this. I have been with EE for 8 years and my prerequisite of any deal was to keep my original number. Lisa Finnegan

My deli was supposed to be Saturday 8th February. This was changed to Monday 20th February this dare dint suit me so I changed it to the Tuesday. My delivery was supposed to be between 14.23 and 15.23, it did not arrive.I waited until 7pm sent an email and 30 minutes later received a message that I was not at home. The driver did not come to my property. He did not leave a card but pretended that he did by sending a photo of were he left it. The photo was a joke as it was completely blurred and you couldn't even make out what it was a photograph of. I called to complain and wax advised that customer 5service was closed for the evening g but they would call me the following day. No one called. The dodgy driver was basically saying I'm a liar. He did not attend my property and I surmised that he just wanted to skip home early. Dishonest driver and no contact from customer service absolutely disgraceful service and no consideration for the customer. I took a day off work for this and this company does not even have the decency or courtesy to call me to remedy the situation.

I placed an order online , then rang to upgrade it . The delivery of the 2 phones were cancelled and now could take up to 5 days to arrive . Every one I spoke to was very nice but not happy to wait the 5 days
