Hallo Invoice Number - 237079235 I have ordered Iphone 6s 128 GB gold with unlimited min and messages plus 1 gb data on the 26th of august over the phone with Customer advisor called Leon around 5.30 PM. Received the phone but was 32 GB instead of 128GB. It says 32 gb on the invoice so I haven't installed the sim card on it. To clarify the same I have phoned monday (was bank holiday) no one answered. Tuesday someone answered and said we are too busy and ring us ban, collected the phone number (07912855975) and promised someone going to call us back after 5.30 PM today(31.08.2017). Hello. I wanted a new contract for my vodafone number. It wasn't clear when I signed up that porting the number from vodafone to vodafone would not be straightforward. I called Mobiles.co.uk and was told that I'd need to do a triangle port that would take a couple of days. I bought a cheap Tesco sim to do this, but all the phones I have are locked to Vodafone. The earliest port date to Tesco was 4 days and I now need to wait further before I can port back to Vodafone. I've had to top up the Tesco sim in the meantime to bridge the gap. I appreciate that it's easy to do this for other networks, but I'm really disappointed in the time & inconvenience of the vodafone process, I'm equally disappointed in the customer service which seemed to stop as soon as I logged a problem. I lost count of the number of messages I had about the order being received/processed/despatched, but as soon as I voiced concern and regret - silence.

My phone arrived tuesday 15th august. Today is saturday 19th august and my phone is still not connected to the network so i have a phone that i cannot use.

I ordered blue phone by the sales guy, but they don't do blue, so putting up with a black one. I still have not got my phone as they use a delivery service that only works during office hours. Oh what a surprise I am at work and so are any neighbours I could ask to receive it! I cannot get on my account as they have taken down the information incorrectly and will not let me know what is wrong (data protection) so I can put it right. I have rung them 3 times and been to Carphone Warehouse once. I am going there again. Maybe they will be able to sort out this mess. Not at all happy. Will never use them again!!!

After sale service is non existent can't contact anyone. You claimed to be the car phone where house but when I got to their store they did not want to know. Now left with an upgraded phone with my data 4 years old. Lady time I buy over the phone. Thanks for nothing

I placed my order for a new phone, contract and accessories (car charger, cover etc) on the 20.07.2017. I recieved just half of my order 25.07.2017 (phone and sim) and to date am still awaiting the accessories. I have spent £30.00 in phone calls to your company and dpd to try and resolve the situation and had no joy or no apology from either company. The phone was supposed to be a birthday present, due to the delay it was a very late.

Despite clearly identifying the handset and handset colour, the wrong handset was sent. On emailing about this, I was told to phone. On phoning about this, I was told that nothing could be done about the incorrect order until the handset had been received back at the warehouse. Despite staff being polite, effectively there was nothing they could do despite their error, I was left without a phone

After taking out a contract from this company my phone broke within a matter of days and the replacement they sent me was broken as well still in the process of getting this fixed and that has now been 6days

2 phones were ordered and paid for and we were told would arrive the following day. That was 12 days ago and they still haven't arrived. It is being investigated but my daughters are phone less. Appalling.

You tried to sell me contracts on two re-fubished phones as new phones I was never told at any point that the phones were not new When they turned up I was very disappointed I returned them immediately to find out I can't get up-graded for at least 5days very disappointed in my whole experience I would never use you again When I phoned customer help line I was told I could not complain and was spoken to so rudely if that person was in front of me I would have given him a piece of my mind So please do not contact me anymore regarding contract s

Had to wait 7 days to use phone after getting it, was told 24hours max this wasn't the case, called customer service they told me time and time again it'll be 24hours 48hours they didn't help.. was told I would get 2 weeks discount due to this and this never happened.. they lied to me over and over it seems

wrong contract, promised return calls, nothing had to call them many times at 13p a minute, cancelled contract and took a new one, nothing heard so called again had not been processed, spoken to three different people today, another upfront payment made, confirmation email, different contract!!!!!!!! useless

Terrible customer service! missleading advertising! still not willing to provide me with all the contract benefits. The Law really needs to come down hard on companies, missing leading customers and even expecting us to pay for premium rate calls to their own customer service hotline :-(

ordered a phone which never came as company never took the address, I rang to change the address and was promised the phone the next day, you guessed it never came. rang again to change the address and amend the order as there was a cheaper deal that was never mentioned to me. it was confirmed that my address had still not been changed and I was to receive a confirmation email explaining all that we had discussed. again nothing came so I rang again and my address still had not been changed, the adviser did confirm he had done this then cut me off! I rang again and got he same adviser who confirmed he would find out what was going on, whilst on hold he cut me off again. After he cut me off the first time he did say it was his intention to ring me back and guess what I am still waiting. I still have no idea of the status of my order 8 days after placing the original order and have absolutely no faith in any of the advisers to do even the simplest of tasks. Absolutely abysmal customer service some of the worst I have ever come across in my life!!

I ordered an iPhone 6 s over the phone, spent a lot of time getting the phone I wanted to match the tarrif I wanted and you delivered a 5 s phone. When I phoned again, to customer services this time, the person whom I spoke to said I had to cancel the order completely and reorder a new phone as the deal may not still be available. Despite staying on the phone for a very long time, at my own expense, that was the best he could come up with! I definitely won't be ordering from you again and will advise my large family circle to stay clear. Thoroughly disappointed with the whole service!

2 phones was promised to be delivered on 06/05/17. Only one phone was delivered. Rung customer services, they said it would be here 07/05/17, didn't turn up. I have rung everyday for 5 days & promised each time the phone will be delivered the next day. Still waiting. I was even given a tracking number- what lies they tell! Not even worth 1 star. Will never use or recommend this dishonest company. Updates - Another day and still no phone even having received and confirmation e-mail and no one has called. Ombudsman informed.
