I ordered a phone from this company that came with a free gift of a PlayStation 4. The phone arrived the next day but after 5 days there was no sign of the PlayStation. I checked back to the original email and found that it stated I would be receiving cash back on redemption. This was never something I agreed to and this was despite the fact that during my initial conversation with mobiles.co.uk I checked no less than 4 times that I would be receiving a PlayStation. After researching the experiences of others on online forums it appears this is a regular occurrence. I phoned mobiles.co.ukwho then began to query my address saying it was incorrect (despite the fact the phone had been delivered) and that I must have moved house (in the 5 days since I had placed my order!). Online forums showed this was another regular ploy employed by this company. I am now in the position of having to cancel everything after having been knowingly missold by this company. Do not deal with this company! Don’t just take my word for it...put in a google search and see what information comes up. I am now trying to return the phone but have been given very little information only that a returns slip would be sent..and guess what...another ploy as many customers report never receiving the slip meaning they run over the 14 day cooling off period.

Took out a deal for my parents, 2 x iPhone SE.. Great deal which included signing in and emailing them numerous months bills to get cash back. Unfortunately when the time came to claim I tried to sign them in, but couldn’t. I contacted Mobiles.co.uk for help signing in. Unfortunately when creating my account they didn’t assign me a customer number which cannot be reversed and we are unable to claim cash back online. The only thing I am told I can do is get my parents to print off these numerous bills and post them with a covering letter to Mobiles.co.uk. This is not what I signed up for and certainly not the “easy experience” I advised my parents claiming the cash back would be. They do not have a printer and the first period has already been missed. Poor customer service.

Experiencing terrible service from them . Ordered a new contract almost 2 weeks ago . Received phone with SIM card and piece of paper . After 1 week of trying to port my number to Vodafone, I was informed that mobiles did not activate the sim they shipped . Calling mobiles I was told that their automatic activation was not successful. No notification from them at all stating this happened. They then said they will manually activate it . Another week has gone by and still nothing . So frustrating.

I didn't get delivery from DPD. When phoned DPD after half hour of holding on they said that the delivery was declined. I took half a day off to receive the delivery. When I called Mobile Phones.co.uk and spoken to customer services, they just had worse attitude and said the delivery never left the depot or labelled for shipping. and said rudely that its not her problem as they don't control delivery part. I was shocked and ask to pick up from nearest Car Phoneware house? and inform me when they receive it she said we don't offer this kind of service. I finally gave up and asked to cancel the entire contract and refund my deposit.

Mobile was attempted to be delivered to an incorrect address - one very similar to a previous address, but nonetheless one I don’t and have never lived at. I arranged to collect from depot instead to find Mobiles.co.uk hadn’t updated the address details so DHL wouldn’t hand it to me as my ID didn’t match the address on file. Terrible call centre customer service. Staff clearly reading from scripts plus there is nothing more infuriating than someone saying superlatives like “fantastic” in response to your routine answers when all you want them to do is fix your problem.

I have order I phone x with 3 network by answering Mobile.co.uk customer representative , next day received 2 mobiles, O2 sims, posted them back, told them, customer service did apology but till today I haven't received my mobile , been charged from bank account , no reply from any e-mail or call, going in court

Absolutely shocking customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE A PHONE FROM MOBILES.CO.UK They put me on the wrong contract which I have been charged for and sent me out a new SIM card. Without informing me they then disconnected my old number and now i’ve had to ask Vodafone to try and resolve it on their behalf. This could take 30 days to get my old number back if they even can. The savings are just not worth the hassle. I have not been offered any compensation and all the customer advisers I have spoken to have been so inexperienced and unable to provide a resolution. Avoid avoid avoid!!

My parcel got delivered to the wrong address and I've contacted your company, and they said DPD will investigate. Your company said that it's an internal dispute between me and DPD saying it's my fault. Your company isn't even helping me with the situation and I've paid a lot for the upfront cost. This is unbelievable.

The phone did not arrive. This was an upgrade at the end of a contract and I had to verify my details at Car phone Warehouse, who said they cannot do this for a sister company. So I contacted mobiles.co.uk again and they again made me go back to Car phone warehouse where the same happened again. I still have no phone, which is disappointing as I have 3 contracts with them and have been a customer for over 10 years.

The site is bad it cost me over 50 pounds in call charges to you when it wasnt my fault you send the phone to the wrong address I was to told by customer services that they would not charge me well I have been and no fault of mine

Awful experience, tried to get a contract with both o2 and Vodafone (current Vodafone customer of 15 years!) and declined but no one could tell me why. I asked if it was because I was using a debit card for a newly incorporated company but was told not and I was barred for using them for 90 days. And now I realise they have taken money from my account anyway!

Awful service resulting in a data protection breach. Having tried to complain by phone after 15 minutes we were eventually transferred back into a queue. Can someone ring me URGENTLY to discuss this please. I expect a call back within 24 hours. 0121 421 4426. If I don't hear i will contact the executive office and continue until I get a satisfactory response.

After10 days and several phone calls from myself my contract phone still hasn’t arrived, I have never known a company like it, I have had 5 different reasons why it hasn’t been delivered, been told 7 times that you will ring me back, but nothing, I am dreading my phone bill because at 13p a minute every time I have rang I have been on hold for over half an hour

Having seen other reviews with the same story, it seems that something is not quite right with the current Sim only Vodafone deals with cash back offers. People with excellent credit history are being turned down (myself and my wife included) after allegedly failing Vodafone’s credit check. When you speak to Vodafone they tell you that they have not rejected your application at all. They do then try and sell you the same deal WITHOUT the cash back offer!!Very frustrating experience that at first makes you feel worried about your credit history. Then embarrassed about failing a credit check. Then angry about what has happened.
