Possibly the worst phone i've ever had, apps kept crashing. So disappointed I weren't able to exchange the phone. I have gone back to my old phone and the new one is lay unused

I bought a Samsung S7 Edge mid December from mobiles.co.uk phone arrived lasted for 5 weeks then kept overheating, locking up and rebooting itself. Mobiles.co.uk directed to Carphone Warehouse and the guy there suggested going direct to Samsung which I did. The Samsung shop reloaded the firmware and said it it happens we will replace the main board. I went to the shop this evening to be told this store is no longer replacing parts as it is being closed in March and the guy suggested I contact Samsung direct for repair. All I can say is purchase your next phone from the high street because that is where you will be directed if you have a problem with your phone purchased online. I paid £85 for the phone on a £25 per month tariff for a phone that has not worked properly for 3 weeks now. Not happy and telling plenty of people about the poor quality of the phone and where purchased from.

Took out 2 contracts so tried to use offer of "£15 off next purchase" voucher, through "Complete Savings" which ended up *costing* us £15 -- and could have been more if we had not spotted that monthly £15 DD had been set up. *Very*well hidden in T's and C's and nowhere mentioned by mobiles.co.uk when pushing it. Essentially mobiles.co.uk facilitated this company in scamming us.

I have contacted somebody more informed at mobiles.co.uk, so I will amend if resolved... I ordered an iphone 6s on ee then you sent me an email the day after which was £15 cheaper. Two days later you advertised the iphone 7 with ee on the same tariff. I have ordered the iphone7 and agreed to return the iphone 6s, this is were the problem has occurred, your operator did not tell me that I would incur a cost to get the PAC code from ee at £495! Four hundred and ninety five pounds! I have only had the iphone 6, 5 days and I have not yet received the iphone 7. If keep the iphone 7 I will have lost my original number that I have had for 8 years that I use for business purposes, not impressed with the level of information provided and your service .

Hi Simon If you request the PAC code from your network before the return has been fully completed then the network will ask you for a cancellation fee. Don’t worry, if you’ve returned the phone within the 14 day cooling off period you will not have to pay this fee. Until the network receive a notification from ourselves, they will not know you are returning. I have just returned from being out of the country for just over 2 weeks and am disappointed to find that my phone/contract order was not cancelled, as promised, and I have been charged. On 26 December I placed an online order for a handset to be delivered the next day before 10.30am (Ref: 89705272). After the handset did not arrive on 27 December I phoned your contact line and they explained that there had been a problem with the delivery, and the handset would be delivered the following day. I explained that this would cause a problem as I would be out of the country for a couple of weeks, so could not sign for the delivery of the phone. I also highlighted that this would also mean I would have to start paying for the contract before I could receive the phone which was not suitable. Your customer service adviser confirmed that they would cancel my order with no charge as I had not yet been charged for the handset or the start of the contract, and that they would also cancel the phone delivery. Since returning from my holiday I have now found that my order was not cancelled and that I have in fact been charged £70 for the handset, and £33.49 for the first direct debit payment. I have since been refunded for the payment £33.49 in relation to the email below but I have not yet received a refund for the £70. There doesn't appear to be any way to contact mobiles.Co.uk Unless you have to pay exorbitant call charges. I cancelled my order and have had my £50 back

When I inserted the Vodafone SIM card into my new iPhone 6s it didn't connect to the network. I spoke with Vodafone 3 days in a row, finally to be told that mobiles.co.uk hadn't completed the purchase order. Vodafone repeatedly told me it would be fixed, but it wasn't. They then told me to contact mobiles.co.uk directly, which I did, only to be told that whatever hadn't been completed when I origianlly made the purchase would now be and that I had to wait five working days for the phone to work. As such the problem was only identified a week after I inserted the SIM card and the phone will only work two weeks after.

I was bounced back and forth between customer services and sales advisors after they sold me the Xperia XZ but tried to send me an XA, I was assured by senior managers that they would waiver the upfront cost of the XZ handset (£50) but again this was a lie, I ended up having to just buy the XZ from yourselves with the view to contacting the financial services ombudsman and trading standards in the very near future if this doesn't result in a successful reimbursement and the appropriate rescue action is not taken immediately. The checks took over 4 days and in the end I decided to cancel my order as it was becoming ridiculous. I bought a phone with one of your competitors and got it delivered overnight.

Specifically ordered as it stated next day delivery, ordered on Saturday and was emailed for a Sunday delivery with courier, phone was not delivered until Wednesday late afternoon. Very disappointing service and three days spent in house awaiting courier.
