“Was looking to leave my previous network and ID mobiles came ip on search. Website easy to navigate but the best part were the deals offered. Excellent communication throughout. Give this network a try I don’t think you’ll have any regrets and maybe pleasantly surprised, I know I was.”

“Everything was great at POS. Cheap deal, easy sign up, very informative website etc I ordered a new phone because my old one broke and I needed a new one ASAP as I use my phone for business. Phone arrived next day however I had to re-submit my PAC two days later (despite the website telling me not to as I'd already submitted at POS). Submitting my PAC at POS did not work even though the system clearly validated it. I was without my phone number for almost a week costing me money and causing inconvenience. This needs sorting so it doesn't happen to other people. Apart from the above issue I'm very happy.”

“Quick and easy to deal with I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic, and this info wasn't stated anywhere.”
