I generally always use Mobiles.co.uk for my SIM upgrades, but I don't know if there was an issue with their website yesterday but it took me 3 or 4 attempts to succesfully place my order. This won't stop me coming back again in the future though.

A great experience… definitely not! The package arrived without the mobile phone, only the mobile phone case I ordered at the same time was in the parcel, which actually arrived a day early, luckily we were in. When I called you mobiles.co.uk I was informed that I now have to wait whilst they do an investigation which will take 2 weeks in total.

I still do not have the tariff I purchased from mobiles.com I’ve made 2 phone calls and sent an email. I was informed it would be rectified by Tuesday 30th. This has not been done.
