Attempted to purchase 2 mobiles, first one went through no hitch, the second one didn't. So I called to try to resolve, spent total an hour on the phone up until approx 5pm. Was told my case would be referred to a Team Leader and someone would get back to me within 20 minutes. Well that was last Wednesday and still not heard anything. Have gone elsewhere and purchased from affordablemobiles as mobiles.co.uk clearly don't want my money!

Fantastic offers and rates, truely awful customer experience. I tried to get a SIM for my daughter and a monthly phone contract for my son in readiness for starting and returning to university, but because I did this a few days apart it has been the worst customer journey/experience. Mobiles.co.uk blaming ID Mobile and visa versa and hours spent on chats rather than talking to someone with any reasonable chance of sorting it. What should have been a few minutes is still ongoing! I will give up after today and simply buy my son the handset.

I had the experience to purchase a mobile network with them. The process was swift and easy. I bought a eSIM with IDmobile. As eSim is very new to me, i thought the instructions and information shared during the purchasing process, up to the installation and activation of it is so easy and clearly described. I would surely consider coming back for future purchases.

Great company for great deals. This was the 3rd or 4th purchase of a mobile or sim through mobiles. The site is really easy to use and breaks down the deals so you can see exactly what you are getting and for what price. All of the purchases over the last few years have envolved cashback. It is clear what bills you need to send and when, although you don't get reminders from Mobiles but this is easy to set up yourself in any calendar app. The bills I have submitted have never been rejected and the cheque arrives in the post a few days later. With the ability to pay in cheques with my mobile phone and baning app this is not much of a hassle, and is one I am happy to do as it means I have a great deal on a well known network. I have used the upgrade option on the site as well as a new contract and both have worked well and allowed me to port my nummber or keep my number with no issues. The most recent upgrade I did, just happened rather than needing to have another sim delivered, so this is good from a green perspective. Overall I am really happy with my contracts, price I pay and the service I have received from Mobiles over the last few years.

Deals are always very good. However the cashback process is painful. Why are they still using cheques? I’m sure I’ve forgotten to claim or cheques haven’t arrived without me realising. Otherwise I’m happy with the service and the process of upgrading my contract.
