Be very careful dealing with this company. I was delighted with the product but since I ordered a card back in September I have recently discovered that every month Complete save have taken £15 from my account. There must have been terms and conditions which I failed to read which is my fault (tbh why would I when ordering a card) because of this my bank wont refund the payment which as far as I'm concerned were unauthorised. = a VERY Expense card

Very poor quality flowers (dead greenery and almost dead roses) received for my wife’s birthday. I then complained- another bunch arrived- flowers more suited to a bereavement arrived and the same poor quality!

Received birthday gift from my son yesterday, choc olates lovely, prosecco lovely, miniature rose plant half dead, so disappointing, watered it but some buds fell off and others brown

Card & gift from M/pig organised for delivery on Wednesday 11th May with confirmation of due date delivery by tracked Royal Mail. Very disappointed that they didn't arrive until Friday 13th. Had to apologise to the recipient for non delivery on the due date.

I would have thought after being such a loyal customer and spending a lot of money that I would have been treated better by the staff. My live chat was ended abruptly by Amy, Jamie, and another. I wasn't happy with the card and there was no envelope with it so I couldn't send it on. Goodbye moonpig I will not be back. And I will be telling everyone I know how I've been treated.

Ordered my sons birthday card on the 7th to arrive by the 10th. Still hadn't arrived by the 13th. Just fobbed off with excuses and they were in the time frame. First and last time I will ever use this company again.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered on 2nd May checked on 4th and had not been processed. Then ordered again on 4th. Checked and again had not been processed. Birthday missed. Moonpig do not care they then cancelled my order and refunded me. Without speaking to me. Gave me 10gbp which is useless as I will never be using this company again.

Absolutely disgusted with the so-called special offer of money back on my next purchase. When I read the small print, after entry my credit card details I see that you will be taking £15 per month to sign up to some scheme. Disgraceful

I order a card and present for my son to be delivered on 30th April, his birthday, it did not arrive, I am very disappointed with the service this time, it has never happened in the past. Please find out what happened or I will not be using you again.

Just received a bouquet from a friend the state of the flower is diabolical the roses must have been packed that way I feel sorry my friend spent money on them

Received flowers for my birthday from a friend. Worst flowers I’ve ever seen. Consisted of two sprays of wilting chrysanthemums with broken flower heads. One withered evergreen branch. Two wilting Alstroemerias and a lily with broken heads. Difficult to tell my friend but will have to at some point to stop her wasting money in future. I will certainly never use MoonPig.

Moonpig advertising next day delivery if you order by 9pm. Yet not one product could be delivered next day! Had to shop elsewhere. Disappointing!

Ordered a personalized birthday card for my Husband to be delivered a week before his birthday to which I'm pleased to say it did in perfect condition. My Husband has now opened it up on his special day and it's exactly what I ordered for him, he's very happy with it as am I, absolutely love it.

Ordered a birthday card 14th March it was to be delivered 16th March (plenty of time to be delivered) however it never arrived! So disappointed with there service

Every single time, no matter how early I order the card either fails to arrive or doesn’t arrive on time. I should have learnt from my mistakes but I will do now and won’t be using this service again.
